การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนไอซีที และการศึกษาแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนอซีทีชองของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านโคกดงมูลเหล็ก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยมีขอบเขตในการศึกษาบทบาทในการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนไอซีทีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านโคกดงมูลเหล็ก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยบทบาท 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ บทบาทในการสร้างบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอน บทบาทในการพัฒนาบุคลากร และบทบาทในการประเมินผลกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน คณะผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดประชากรและทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาจำนวน 100 คน ในพื้นที่กลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านโคกดงมูลเหล็ก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปฏิบัติงานศึกษา ต่อบทบาทและแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนไอซีทีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศเอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอน ระดับความคิดเห็นชองผู้ปฏิบัติงานการศึกษาในรายข้อ และภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.11,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบียนมาตรฐาน=0.07) ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้ปฏิบัติงานการศึกษา ในรายข้อ และภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย =4.00,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบียนมาตรฐาน = 0.67) ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้ของปฏิบัติงานการศึกษาในรายข้อ และภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย =3.88,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบียนมาตรฐาน =0.78) ด้านการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนการสอน ระดับความเห็นของผู้ปฏิบัติงานการศึกษาในรายข้อ และภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย =3.73,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบียนมาตรฐาน =0.76) ด้านการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้ปฏิบัติงานการศึกษาในรายข้อ และภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย =3.83,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบียนมาตรฐาน =0.74)ผลการวิเคราะห์แนวทางในการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนไอซีทีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาพบว่า ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศเอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนไอซีที ผู้ปฏิบัติการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมให้ครูอาจารย์พัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่เป็นรูปแบบไอซีที ด้านพัฒนาบุคลากร เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนไอซีทีผู้ปฏิบัติงานการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ เห็นว่า ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมให้ครูอาจารย์พัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่มีการนำไอซีทีมาเกี่ยวข้อง ด้านการนิเทศและปฏิบัติและประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมเรียนการสอน ผู้ปฏิบัติงานการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่า ควรมีการติดตามและให้ความช่วยเหลือในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนไอซีทีอย่างต่อเนื่อง
