การวิจัย เรื่อง การศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ในความคิดเห็นผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้ใช้บัณฑิตนี้ มีจุดประสงค์ 1 ) เพื่อสำรวจข้อมูลระดับความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ในความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้ใช้บัณฑิต 2 ) เพื่อสำรวจข้อมูลระดับความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ในความคิดเห็นของกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาที่ผลิตบัณฑิตและนักศึกษา และ 3 ) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ในความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้ใช้บัณฑิตกับความคิดเห็นของกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาที่ผลิตบัณฑิตและนักศึกษา
ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้ใชบัณฑิตซึ่งสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ในปีการศึกษา 2555 สำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างของผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้ใช้บัณฑิต จำนวน 358 คน ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่มีระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดระดับปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.30 และทำงานในหน่วยงานราชการมากที่สุด ดเป็นร้อยละ 37.15 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 30 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.43 มีตำแหน่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นหัวหน้างาน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.82 ผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจต่อระดับการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์บัณฑิตของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์โดยภาพรวมเป็นร้อยละ 86.42 สออดคล้องไปในแนวเดียวกับความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรและนักศึกษา จำนวน 1,484 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.48 รองลงมาเป็นกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร จำนวน 205 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.81 ซึ่งพบว่ามีความพอใจต่อระดับการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์บัณฑิตของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์โดยภาพรวมเป็นร้อยละ 85.04 และแต่ละประเด็นการประเมินทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ 1) คุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพ 2) ความรู้ความสามรถพื้นฐาน 3) ทักษะทางปัญญา 4) ทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และความรับผิดชอบ 5) ทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้ใช้บัณฑิตกับกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรและนักศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากคิดเป็นร้อยละที่สูงกว่าร้อยละ 80.00 ทั้ง 5 ด้านเหมือนกัน
Study on the level of success of the identity development of graduates of Rajabhat Phetchabun University in the opinion of the employer or the users. The study objectives are: 1) to explore the level of success of the identity development of graduates of Rajabhat Phetchabun University in the opinion of the employer or the users, 2) to explore the level of success of the identity development of graduates of Rajabhat Phetchabun University in the opinion of the course Management Committee and students, and 3) to compared the level of success of the identity development of graduates of Rajabhat Phetchabun University in the opinion of the employer or the users and the course Management Committee and students.
The study focused the employer or the user graduates who achieved a Bachelor's degree from Phetchabun Rajabhat University, in the academic year 2012 for the examples group of 358 people. The examples group showed the level of education of them that accounted for 74.30 percent have the highest academic level graduated with a Bachelor's degree and most of them does it work in government agencies accounted for 37.15 percent. The examples group showed the level of ages that most of them have the ages less than 30 years old accounted for 37.43 percent and most of them are the majority of positions as supervisor accounted for 26.82 percent.
The examples group satisfied with the level of the identity development of graduates of Rajabhat Phetchabun University overall accounted for 86.42 percent. In accordance with the opinion of the sample group of the curriculum management committee and student total of 1,736 people. Most of them are students total of 1,484 people who sent the survey back accounted for 85.48 percent. Second is the curriculum management committee total of 205 people accounted for 11.81 percent. The curriculum management committee and students satisfied with the level of the identity development of graduates of Rajabhat Phetchabun University overall accounted for 85.04 percent.
The 5 evaluation issues of identity development of graduates of Rajabhat Phetchabun University are: 1) virtue ethics and professional ethics, 2) knowledge of basic capabilities, 3) intellectual skills, 4) human relations skills and responsibilities, and 5) numerical analysis skills, communication and information technology. The employer or the users, and the curriculum management committee and students satisfied in each most levels higher than 80 percent in same.
