การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชนต่าง ๆ ที่มาตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อการจัดการความรู้ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมกลุ่มชนต่าง ๆ ที่มาตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และ 3) เพื่อการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนอัตลักษณ์ของกลุ่มชนต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 6 กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ คือ ชาวพื้นเมือง ชาวไทหล่ม ชาวเขา (เผ่าม้ง เผ่าลีซอ เผ่าเย้า เผ่ามูเซอ) ชาวจีน ชาวบน ชาวลาว (ลาวพวน ลาวแง้ว ลาวครั่ง) จำนวน 55 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสังเกต ใช้วิธีการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ (Descriptive Analysis) ตามกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัยว่าด้วยกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ทั้ง 7 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การค้นหาความรู้ การสร้างและแสวงหาความรู้ การจัดความรู้ให้เป็นระบบ การประมวลและกลั่นกรองความรู้ การเข้าถึงความรู้ การแบ่งปันและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และการเรียนรู้ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชนต่าง ๆ ที่มาตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีการแบ่งปันและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การรวบรวมข้อมูลองค์ความรู้จัดทำชุดความรู้ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ ก่อให้เกิดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน ส่วนการจัดการความรู้ ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมกลุ่มชนต่าง ๆ ที่มาตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ ทำให้กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ มีการจัดการความรู้อย่างเป็นระบบ โดยการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เพื่อเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ ส่งผลให้เกิดการอนุรักษ์และถ่ายทอดพร้อมฟื้นฟูภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ของแต่ละชาติพันธุ์อย่างมีประสิทธิผล และการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมตลอดจนอัตลักษณ์ของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ
The purpose of this research was 1) to study the diversity of languages and cultures of various ethnic groups who had settled in Phetchabun province 2) to knowledge management, languages diversity and cultural diversity of the ethnic group groups who had settled in Phetchabun province 3) to conserve and preserve the diversity of language and culture and ethnic identity in Phetchabun province.
The population were used in this research was 6 ethnic group consist of local people, Thai Lom, trible people (Hmong tribe, Lisu tribe, Yao tribe, and Lahu tribe), Chinese people, Nyahkur (Chaobon) people, Lao people ( Lao Phuan people, Lao Gao people, and Lao Khrang people) with totally 55 people were selected by Purposive Sampling. The instrument in this research was interview and observation by descriptive analyze according to a conceptual framework for research on knowledge management process in 7 steps which are knowledge research, knowledge creation and knowledge searching, knowledge management of the system, knowledge processing and screening access to knowledge, sharing and exchange knowledge and learning.
The research found that the diversity of languages and cultures of the various ethnic groups that had settled in Phetchabun province by sharing and exchange knowledge and learning to gather information and prepare a set of knowledge of the language and culture of the various ethnic groups. It causes a collaboration of various ethnic groups to learn from each other to exchange the knowledge of the various ethnic groups in ethnic, for the knowledge management of that the diversity of languages and cultures of the various ethnic groups that had settled in Phetchabun province which the activities exchange the knowledge of the various ethnic groups in other ethnic to management the system in each ethnic group by using the database languages and cultures of various ethnic groups in Phetchabun province for the resources of the various ethnic groups in order to contribute to the conservation and restoration of the language and culture of the ethnic groups themselves effectively.
