การวิจัยครังนีเป็ นการพัฒนาทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพือสร้างแบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ ในรายวิชาการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์สําหรับครูปฐมวัยเพือหาคุณภาพทางการเรียน ของนักศึกษาในรายวิชาบุคลิกภาพครูปฐมวัย โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างทีใช้ในการศึกษาครังนี คือ นักศึกษา สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ทีกําลังศึกษาอยู่ชันปี ที 1/2 ภาคเรียนที 2 ปี การศึกษา 2556 จํานวน 35 คน ซึงได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่มโดยใช้ห้องเรียน เป็ นหน่วยในการสุ่ม เครืองมือทีใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมครังนี1.แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิทางการเรียน 2.แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ซึงสถิติทีใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลีย ค่าร้อยละ และ ค่าเบียงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า 1.การศึกษางานวิจัยเรือง การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนให้กับนักศึกษาปี ที 1 พบว่าหลัง การจัดการเรียนการสอนให้กับนักศึกษามีผลสัมฤทธิทางการเรียนสูงขึนซึงผลการทดลองก่อนเรียนมี ค่าคะแนนคิดเป็ น ร้อยละ 50.14 และหลังการทดทดลองหลังเรียน ผลคะแนนมีค่าคิดเป็ นร้อยละ 84.00 ส่งผลให้ผลความต่างของคะแนนระหว่างก่อนและหลังคิดเป็ นร้อยละเท่ากับ 33.85 ดังนันจึง ส่งผลให้นักศึกษาทีได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรี ยนการสอนมีผลสัมฤทธิทางการเรียนรายวิชา บุคลิกภาพครูปฐมวัยเพิ มมากขึนกว่าก่อนการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2.หลังจากทีเด็กปฐมวัยได้รับการทดลองแบบทดสอบในรายวิชาการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์สําหรับครู ปฐมวัยทีกําหนดไว้เป็ นเวลา 2 เดือน พบว่านักศึกษาสาขาปฐมวัย ชั นปี ที 1ได้เรียนร่ วมกันเกิดการเรี ยนรู้ได้ดีการซักถามทําให้เกิดความกล้าและได้ทราบคําตอบใน เรืองทีตนสนใจหรือยังไม่กระจ่างการอธิบายให้เพือนฟังจะทําให้ผู้อธิบายมีความแม่นยําในเรืองที เรี ยนมากขึนเพือนๆทีฟังเกิดความเข้าใจอย่างชัดแจ้งผู้เรี ยนจะได้พัฒนาการทํางานเป็ นกลุ่ม ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึนคนอ่อนได้เรียนรู้จากคนทีเก่งกว่าซึงจะมีความตั งใจช่วยเหลือเพือนๆเพือ ยกระดับผลงานของกลุ่มให้สูงขึนซึงจะส่งผลกับสมาชิกทุกคนในกลุ่ม
This research is an experimental development by the objective to create an achievement test in Personality Development and Human Relations of Early Childhood Teaches Course to determine the quality of students learning in a course of Personality Development and Human Relations of Early Childhood Teaches. The representative sample used in this study is the students in the field of Early Childhood Education, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University who studying in Year ½ semester 2 academic year of 2556 amount 35 students, which is derived from randomly divided by using the classroom as a unit of randomization. The tools used in this activity 1. Achievement test. 2. Assessment of satisfaction. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, percentage and standard deviation. The analysis found that 1. Educational research, activities for teaching Year 1 students showed that after teaching to the students the achievement is higher. The result of pretest score was 50.14 percent and posttest score was 80.00 percent. As a result, the difference of scores between before and after was 33.85 percent. Therefore, the student have been learning activities to teach a course Personality Development and Human Relations of Early Childhood Teaches have the achievement more than before teaching. 2. After the children have been tried and tested in Personality Development and Human Relations of Early Childhood Teaches Course, defined as a period of 2 months found that the students in the field of Early Childhood Year 1 have learned together as well, questioning causes the courage and know the answer in their own interest or not clear. Described with a friends make the descriptions are more accurate in that subject. Friends who have been understanding manifest. Students will work in groups to develop more effectively. Would be willing to help friends to raise the performance level of the group which will affect every member of the group.
