การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษของสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาที่สนองการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติสุขของประชาคมอาเซียนอย่างยั่งยืน มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย เพื่อการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจักการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษตามหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ และเพื่อหาแนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษของสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาที่สนองการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติสุขของประชาคมอาเซียนอย่างยั่งยืนโดยใช้กระบวนการการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 8 คน และครู 36 คน รวม 44 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามและแบบศึกษาเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนในระดับประถมศึกษาจากที่ผ่านมาทำการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาไทยอาจารย์ผู้สอนไม่สามารถทำการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้ ความรู้ของครูผู้สอน จากที่ผ่านการอบรม ไม่ค่อยได้นำไปใช้จริง ไม่มีตัวอย่างการจัดการเรียนกการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ เวลาที่จะมาพูดกับเด็กจริงๆ ก็ไม่พอ เวลาเปลี่ยนชั่วโมงก็ช้า การเดินเรียนทำให้เข้าเรียนช้าเวลาในการเรียนการสอนก็น้อยลง ไม่มีเครื่องมือในการช่วยสอน แนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาคณิตศาสตร์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษของสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาที่สนองการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติสุขของประชาคมอาเซียนอย่างยั่งยืน โดยใช้กระบวนการการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม พบว่าพัฒนาหลักสูตรควรคำนึงถึงผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง หลักสูตรควรเป็นสิ่งที่น่าสนใจ มีความสัมพันธ์กับแนวราบ คือ ผู้สอนมีบทบาท ในการช่วยจัดกิจกรรมให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ บทบาทผู้สอนเป็นผู้สอน ผู้อำนวยคความสะดวก การพึ่งพาทรัพยากรในท้องถิ่นหรือชุมชนอาจในรูปของบุคคลหรืออาจในรูปของภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น เกิดประโยชน์ต่อผู้เรียนมากที่สุด สามารถนำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในชีวิตประจำวันได้จริงหรือสามารถนำไปแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ ในชีวิตจริง
Participatory action research for development of English curricular program for primary school respond to peaceful co-existence of ASEAN economic community which the purpose of study is states, problems and obstacles in the teaching in the course in the primary school in Phetchabun and find out curriculum development in the course of Mathematic based on English curricular program for primary school respond to peaceful co-existence of ASEAN economic community by the process of participatory action research. The population was 44 consists of 8 administrators and 36 teachers. The tool in this research was questionnaires and educational documents. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage and content analysis.
The results showed that the states, problems and obstacles in the teaching of English in primary schools of the past have taught in Thai. Teachers can not be taught in English, the knowledge of teachers in English trainees can not actually applied and no examples of teaching and learning English. When teaching English to students, it's really not enough time and change the period to teaching is late. So that, students walk slow to enroll in the class that make the time teaching is less. There is no tool to help to teach.
The guidelines for development of English curricular program for mathematics subject in primary school to respond to peaceful co-existence of ASEAN economic community by the process using participatory action research found that curriculum development should take into the learner-centered. The course should be an interesting which correlated with horizontal. The teacher's role in helping organize activities for learners to learn, the teacher's role as teaching facility, reliance on local resources or the community possibly in the form of individuals or in the form of local knowledge to benefit the students most, can be learned to use in their daily lives, or can solve problems in real life.
