การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกสบน เครือขาย เรื่องเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาสําหรับวิชานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ทางการศึกษา ใหมีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ 85/85 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ระหวางกอนเรียนและหลังเรียน เรื่องเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา สําหรับวิชานวัตกรรม และ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผูเรียนที่มีตอบทเรียน อิเล็กทรอนิกสบนเครือขาย เรื่องเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา สําหรับวิชานวัตกรรมและ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา กลุมตัวอยางที่ใชในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีชั้น ปที่ 2 สาขาวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศทางการศึกษา หลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (คบ. 5 ป) ในภาคเรียนที่1 ปการศึกษา 2556 จํานวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใชในการวิจัย ไดแก บทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกสบนเครือขาย เรื่องเทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา แบบทดสอบกอนเรียนและหลังเรียน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ บทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกสบนเครือขาย เรื่องเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา วิเคราะหขอมูลดวย คารอยละ คาเฉลี่ย คาเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และคาที ผลการวิจัยพบวา 1) ประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกสบนเครือขาย เรื่องเทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา มีคาเทากับ 87.63/86.88 สูงกวาเกณฑที่กําหนดไว 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนมีความแตกตางจากกอนเรียน อยางมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา ที่มีตอบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกสบนเครือขาย เรื่องเทคโนโลยีและ นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา อยูในระดับมากที่สุด
The objectives of this research were 1) to develop and find the effectiveness of e-Learning on Web for Information Technology System Course in Innovation and Educational Information Technology on criterion 85/85 2) to compare the pretest and the posttest scores from the e-Learning on Web for Information Technology System Course in Innovation and Educational Information Technology and 3) to study the satisfaction of the students towards the e-Learning on Web for Information Technology System Course in Innovation and Educational Information Technology. The samples were 30 second year students majoring in Career and Technology in Education Faculty and were studying The Course Learning Innovation and Educational Information Technology in the first semester of the academic year 2013 at Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The research instruments were the e-Learning on Web for Innovation and Educational Information Technology, the Achieve went test and the satisfaction Questionnaire The data were analyzed by using percentage , mean , standard deviation and t-test. The results were as in the following : 1) The efficiency of the e-Learning on Web for Innovation and Educational Information Technology was at 87.63/86.88 which was higher thorn the criterion 2) The posttest scores of students were higher than the pretest scores at the statistically significant level of .01 The students’ satisfaction towards to the e-Learning on Web for Innovation and Educational Information Technology was at the highest level.
