การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2ประการคือ 1) เพื่อสังเคราะห์รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงบูรณาการในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการวิจัยเชิงบูรณาการกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิจัย/อาจารย์/นักวิจัยในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 15 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลบริบทในตำบลวังบาล จำนวน 15 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการประเมินความพึงพอใจของสารสนเทศการวิจัยเชิงบูรณาการในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ กรณีศึกษา ตำบลวังบาล อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ได้แก่ อาจารย์/นักวิจัย ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ และเจ้าหน้าที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังบาล อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 81 คน
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
ก) ผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัยเชิงบูรณาการฯประกอบด้วย นักวิจัยพี่เลี้ยง นักวิจัย (ใหม่)และผู้วิจัย
ข) องค์ประกอบย่อยของแต่ละขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานประกอบด้วย ขั้นพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยขั้นการเขียนข้อเสนอโครงการ ขั้นการเขียนรายงานเชิงวิจัย ขั้นการเผยแพร่และนำไปใช้
ค)เครื่องมือช่วยสนับสนุนภายในระบบประกอบด้วย กระดานสนทนา โปรแกรมการสนทนา จดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และอื่น ๆ
ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงบูรณาการในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.53 และมีค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.52 สรุปได้ว่าผลการประเมินรูปแบบ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นต่อรูปแบบในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้
ผลการออกแบบสารสนเทศ PRU-R ที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์รูปแบบ ผู้วิจัยได้จากรูปแบบที่สังเคราะห์ขึ้นเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย
ก) ส่วนของการทำงานของ Client site เป็นส่วนการทำงานของผู้ใช้งานระบบ ผ่าน Web browser
ข) ส่วนการทำงานของ Web server เป็นส่วนการทำงานของระบบ โดยมีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ 3 ส่วนดังนี้
- PRU module ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน 3 ส่วน คือขั้นพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยขั้นตอนเขียนข้อเสนอโครงการ ขั้นเขียนรายงานวิจัยและขั้นการเผยแพร่และนำไปใช้ประโยชน์
- Commutation tool moduleคือ ส่วนเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการติดต่อสื่อสาร ทั้งใน รูปแบบ Asynchronous และ Synchronous ประกอบด้วยกระดานสนทนา โปรแกรมการสนทนา และจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส
- Participant module คือ ส่วนที่เก็บรายละเอียด ข้อมูลผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- User interface management module คือ ส่วนที่ทำหน้าที่ในการแสดงผลและโต้ตอบเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้งานในการให้ข้อมูลรวมทั้งการให้ความช่วยเหลือ และนำเสนอข้อมูลแก่ผู้ใช้งานตามความเหมาะสมและความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานแต่ละคน
ค) ส่วน Database server ส่วน Database server เป็นส่วนการทำงานของระบบประกอบด้วย ระบบการจัดการข้อมูล เป็นส่วนที่ผู้วิจัย/ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถเข้าไปจัดการข้อมูลต่าง ๆ เช่น การจัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานในหน่วยงาน (นักวิจัย(ใหม่), นักวิจัยพี่เลี้ยง)
ผลการวิเคราะห์การประเมินประเมินประเมินประสิทธิภาพของสารสนเทศโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.32และมีค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.18 สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้
ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.06 และมีค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.97
The purposes of this research were 1) to synthesize of an integrated research model in Phetchabun Rajabhat University and 2) to develop of information system for integrated research. The samples were 15 executives related to research / lecturer/ researchers in Phetchabun Rajabhat University and 15 contextual informants in Wang Ban Sub-district. The samples for the evaluation of satisfaction an integrated research information in Phetchabun Rajabhat University: a case study of Wang Ban sub-district, Lom Kao district, Phetchabun province were 81 people from lecturer/ researchers in Phetchabun Rajabhat University and officers of Wang Ban sub-district administration organization, Lom Kao district, Phetchabun province.
The results of the research showed the following:
The synthesize of an integrated research model in Phetchabun Rajabhat University were as follows:
A) The participants in the integrated research consisted of mentors, new researchers and researchers.
B) The step procedure consisted of developing the research problem, writing the research proposal, writing the research paper, dissemination and utilization.
C) The internal system tool consisted of webboard, chat programs, electronic mail and others
The evaluation and analysis of expert’s opinion toward the integrated research model in Phetchabun Rajabhat University was at the highest level of three aspects that the synthesize model was at the highest level with a mean of 4.53 and a standard deviation of 0.52. In summary, the results found that the all expert’s opinion toward the model was at the highest level can be used.
The PRU-R design was synthetic model to guideline for design as follows:
A) The Client site was operated the user wants to use system through Web browser.
B) The Web server was operated the system consisted of three parts as follow:
- PRU module consists of three parts: developing the research problem, writing the research proposal, writing the research paper, dissemination and utilization.
- Commutation tool module was a tool to support communication both Asynchronous and Synchronous consisted of web board, chat programs, electronic mail.
- Participant module was collected the relevant data. - User interface management module was revealed and interacts to facilitate use, support and present data to be appropriate and needs for each user
C) The Database server was operated the system consists of information management systems that the researcher / administrator were managed data such as user data management in organization (new researchers, mentors).
The analysis of the evaluation of system efficiency by the experts found that the system efficiency was at the high level of five aspects with a mean of 4.32 and a standard deviation of 0.18 can be used.
The evaluation of user’s satisfaction toward the system in each aspect was at the high level with a mean of 4.06 and a standard deviation of 0.97.
