การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการพัฒนาส่งเสริมสร้างคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดเครื่องนอนด้วยบาติกเคมีและสีธรรมชาติของกลุ่มศิลปหัตถกรรมชุมชนตำบลวังชมพูอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์เพื่อพัฒนาส่งเสริมเพิ่มคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น
ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกลุ่มศิลปหัตถกรรมชุมชนตำบลวังชมพูอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ที่มีความพร้อมจำนวน 21 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลมี 4 ฉบับคือแบบสัมภาษณ์ในการจัดทำประชาคมเกี่ยวกับจุดแข็งจุดอ่อนของกลุ่มศิลปหัตถกรรมชุมชนตำบลวังชมพูอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์แบบบันทึกข้อมูลการพัฒนาส่งเสริมเพิ่มคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผลิตชุดเครื่องผมนอนด้วยบาติกเคมีและสีธรรมชาติก่อนการพัฒนาและหลังพัฒนาด้วยการจัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาส่งเสริมเพิ่มคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นชุดเครื่องหุงนอนด้วยบาติกเคมีและสีธรรมชาติแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดเครื่องห่มนอนด้วยบาติกเคมีและสีธรรมชาติของกลุ่มศิลปหัตถกรรมชุมชนตำบลวังชมพูอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์กับกลุ่มผู้ซื้อแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาส่งเสริมเพิ่มคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดเครื่องผมนอนด้วยบาติกเคมีและสีธรรมชาติของกลุ่มศิลปหัตถกรรมชุมชนตำบลวังชมพูอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์บรรยายการแจกแจงความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดเครื่องนอนก่อนการพัฒนามีรูปลักษณ์เดิม 3 รูปแบบประกอบด้วยที่นอนหมอนและผ้าห่มผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดเครื่องห่มนอนหลังการพัฒนาได้ผลงานใหม่ที่นำมาผสมผสานกับผลงานเดิม 6 รูปแบบประกอบด้วยหมอนอเนกประสงค์ปลอกหมอนหนุนปลอกหมอนข้างผ้าห่มนอนหมอนอิงใหญ่และผ้าม่านแสดงว่ามีรูปแบบเพิ่มขึ้น 200 เปอร์เซ็นต์และมีการพัฒนาการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาเดิมให้ได้รูปแบบใหม่ๆเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์รูปแบบที่หลากหลายสวยงามเหมาะสมแก่การใช้งานเพิ่มคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดเครื่องห่มนวมด้วยบาติกเคมีและสีธรรมชาติมีการออกแบบลวดลายผ้าสร้างเอกลักษณ์ของกลุ่มวังชมภูจำนวน 10 ลวดลายความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาส่งเสริมเพิ่มคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดเครื่องผลบอลด้วยบาติกเคมีและสีธรรมชาติของกลุ่มศิลปหัตถกรรมชุมชนตำบลวังชมภูอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.54 และผู้ซื้อมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดเครื่องห่มนอนด้วยบาติกเคมีและสีธรรมชาติของกลุ่มศิลปหัตถกรรมชุมชนตำบลวังชมภูอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.52
