งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาครูในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ด้วยภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้ามุก เพื่อเป็นแนวทางปฏิรูปการศึกษา กระบวนการเรียนการสอน ทั้งในและนอกระบบตลอดจนการพัฒนาระบบการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ระบบสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตใน ท้องถิ่นในขณะเดียวกันสามารถอนุรักษ์และสืบสานอัตลักษณ์ ตลอดจนภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน จากการใช้ผลงานวิจัยโจทย์ปัญหาภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และสร้างเครือข่ายการวิจัยภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ที่มีประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน ตลอดจนพัฒนาประเทศอย่างเป็นระบบ และมีคุณภาพ โดยสนับสนุนให้ชาวบ้านหรือตัวแทนในชุมชนเป็นคนสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ให้กับตนเองและชุมชนด้วยการศึกษาเรียนรู้หาข้อมูลด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของชุมชนตนเอง โดยการร่วมกันวางแผนและกำหนดการดำเนินงานตามแผนหรือโครงการพร้อมทั้งการปฏิบัติตามแผนซึ่งเป็นการช่วยคุณลักษณะของการเรียนแบบพหุภาคีพร้อมกับก่อให้เกิดผลพลอยได้ที่เป็นจิตสำนึกตระหนักในปัญหาหน้าที่และร่วมกันอนุรักษ์และสืบสานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นตลอดจนอัตลักษณ์ของกลุ่มตนเอง
จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานอัตลักษณ์ตลอดจนภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืนโดยศึกษากรณีภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้ามุกตำบลบ้านติ้วอำเภอหล่มสักจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ซึ่งเป็นตำบลแรกที่มีการทอผ้ามุกและมีการสืบทอดการทอผ้าหมู่บ้านจนถึงสมัยรุ่นลูกรุ่นหลานจนถึงปัจจุบันซึ่งจากการศึกษาพบว่าแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และสื่อสารอัตลักษณ์ควรจัดทำเป็นหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษาของท้องถิ่นจัดทำเป็นฐานข้อมูลในเว็บไซต์ขององค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องและจัดทำเป็นหนังสือวีดีทัศน์ซีดีเผยแพร่ให้ผู้สนใจเพื่อเป็นแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานอัตลักษณ์ตลอดจนภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืนในขั้นตอนการสร้างองค์ความรู้สำหรับพัฒนาครูภายในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ด้วยภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้ามุกผู้วิจัยดำเนินการเป็น 4 ขั้นตอนคือการสังเคราะห์กระบวนการเรียนรู้การตรวจสอบกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญการทดลองใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้และการสรุปกระบวนการเรียนรู้ซึ่งผลที่ได้จากการเข้าร่วมโครงการของข้าราชการครูสังกัดโรงเรียนที่เปิดสอนในระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 3 มีความคิดเห็นต่อการสร้างองค์ความรู้สำหรับพัฒนาโครงข่ายในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์เรื่องภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้ามุกว่าเป็นแนวทางที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการพัฒนาครูด้วยภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้าไหมสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการเรียนการสอนต่อไปในอนาคตอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research was to study the way to develop of the teacher knowledge in Phetuchabun province to Pamuk weaving wisdom to education reform teaching and learning process in both official and unofficial system as well as the development of self, support learning in the local way of life. At the same time can able to conserve and heritage in local identity and sustainability from the result of research to solve the problem of local knowledge and a network of local research useful in sustainable local development including development county with quality and system by encourage the villagers or representatives to create of new knowledge for themselves and the community by learning to find the local wisdom of their communities themselves to sharing plan and implementation of the plan or project schedule and implementation of the plan which help create a multilateral features of learning and to cause the conscious awareness of problem, duty and to preserve and heritage in local wisdom and identity of their own group.
The results showed that the identity and heritage conservation and local sustainable development by study of Pamuk weaving wisdom at Ban Tio subdistrict, Lomsak district, Phetchabun province which the fist subdistrict is Pamuk weaving and inheritance Pamuk weaving until the new generations to the present. The study found that the way to heritage and conservation of identity should conduct curriculum to study in the local school, develop a database on the website of the organization involved, and writing book, video, CD releases to propagate for interesting person for the way to conserve and heritage identity including local wisdom sustainable. In the system of creating knowledge for teacher development in Phetchabun province by Pamuk weaving wisdom the researchers carried out a fourstep synthesis is the process of learning which are the monitoring the learning process, the checking learning process by experts, the example for using learning processing, and summary of the learning process. The result of the participation of official teachers in the 3rd rang group was found the opinions on the development of teacher knowledge in Phetchabun province by Pamuk weaving wisdom that they suitable way to develop the teacher knowledge with Pamuk weaving wisdom and able to useful in teaching and teaching in the future at the highest level.
