การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการวิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของธุรกิจชุมชนผ้ามุกบ้านติ้ว อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กลุ่มสตรีสหกรณ์บ้านติ้ว อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ที่มีความพร้อมจำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวม ข้อมูลมี 4 ฉบับ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการจัดทำประชาคม เกี่ยวกับจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อนของกลุ่มสตรีสหกรณ์บ้านติ้ว อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ แบบบันทึกรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ามุก ของกลุ่มสตรีสหกรณ์บ้านติ้ว ก่อนการพัฒนาและหลังการพัฒนาด้วยการจัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ามุก แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ามุกของกลุ่มสตรีสหกรณ์บ้านติ้ว อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นกลุ่มผู้ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ามุก
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์บรรยาย การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ามุกของกลุ่มสตรีสหกรณ์บ้านติ้ว อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ก่อนการพัฒนามีจำนวน 3 รูปแบบ ประกอบด้วย ผลิตผ้ามุกทอสอดลาย ผ้ามุกทอไม่สอดลาย และผลิตภัณฑ์เสื้อผ้า และหลังการพัฒนาด้วยการจัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ามุก มีจำนวนรูปแบบเพิ่มขึ้น 13 รูปแบบ ประกอบด้วย กล่องอเนกประสงค์แบบที่ 1 กล่อง อเนกประสงค์แบบที่ 2 หมวก เสื้อ ผ้ากันเปื้อน ตุ๊กตา ปลอกหมอนแบบที่ 1 ปลอกหมอนแบบที่ 2 ผ้าม่านแบบที่ 1 ผ้าม่านแบบที่ 2 ผ้าห่มภาพประดิษฐ์และตุ๊กตาเครื่องแขวน คิดเป็นร้อยละของจำนวนรูปแบบที่เพิ่มขึ้น 333.33% ความพึงพอใจผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ามุกของกลุ่มสตรีสหกรณ์บ้านติ้ว อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ อยู่ในระดับ มากมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.45 และความคิดเห็นกลุ่มผู้ซื้อ ผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ามุกอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.61
