การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาการพัฒนาเอกสารประกอบการสอนรายวิชาความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการ (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ.2555) คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาเอกสารประกอบการสอนรายวิชาความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจ รหัสวิชา MSMA101 (2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของเอกสารประกอบการสอนรายวิชาความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจ รหัสวิชา MSMA101 ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังการใช้เอกสารประกอบการสอนรายวิชาความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจ (4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึ่งพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เอกสารประกอบการสอนรายวิชาความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจ
ประชากร ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ นักศึกษาที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 23 คน
จากการศึกษาสรุปผลการศึกษาได้ดังนี้ (1) ประสิทธิภาพของเอกาสารประกอบการสอนรายวิชาความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจ รหัสวิชา MSMA101 มีประสิทธิภาพ 81.10/88.70 ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 (2) คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนหลังการเรียนหลังการใช้เอกสารประกอบการสอนรายวิชาความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจ สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 05 (3) ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เอกสารประกอบการสอนรายวิชา ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจโดยรวมอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.57 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ 4.74
In this studying, documentation was developed for the course introduction to the business in the Bachelor of Business Administration (improved 2555), Faculty of Science Management, Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The following objectives: (1) to develop documentation for the course Introduction to Business course MSMA101 (2) to study the efficiency of the documentation for the course introduction to business course MSMA1O1 criteria 80 / 80 (3) to compare the achievement of students before and after using the documentation and (4) to the satisfaction of students with learning by documentation for the course.
The population used in this research question was the students which enrolled in the course of introduction to business in the second semester of the 2555 academic year, And samples group used in this study were students enrolled in the course introduction to Business in the second semester, 2555 academic year with a number of 23 people.
Conclusions from the study are as follows: (1) the efficiency of the documentation used in course of introduction to business MSMA101 is 81.10/88.70 effective as standard 80/80 (2) achievement scores of students after took the course by using the documentation shows significant higher (at the 0.5 level) than before and (3) the satisfaction of the students using the documentation has overall highest level with average scores as 4.57. In separate aspect, they are satisfy with using the knowledge to use in everyday life in the highest average scores as 4.74.
