การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบุคคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสามารถในการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์ ที่มีเพศ สาขาวิชา เกรดเฉลี่ย ที่พักอาศัย การได้รับการเลี้ยงดู และแหล่งเงินทุนในการเรียนที่แตกต่างกัน 4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลิกภาพและความสามารถในการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 ทั้ง 7 สาขา จำนวน 203 คนเครื่องมีที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบวัดบุคลิกภาพและแบบวัดความสามารถในการปรับตัว สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน t-test, ANOVA และเปรีบยเทียบรายคู่ด้วย Scheffe’s test และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์ มีบุคคลิกภาพแบบเปิดเผยตนเอง ตามแบบวัดบุคคลิกภาพ MBTI รูปแบบ ENFJ มากที่สุด
2. นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์ มีความสามารถในการปรับตัวอยู่ในระดับสูง
3. นักศึกษาที่มีเพศ สาขาวิชา เกรดเฉลี่ย ที่พักอาศัย การได้รับการเลี้ยงดู และแหล่งเงินทุนในการเรียนมีความสามารถในการปรับตัวไม่แตกต่าง
4. บุคคลิกภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objects of this research were 1) to study the types of personality of the first year students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University 2) to study the level of self-adjustment abilities of first year students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University 3) to compare self-adjustment ability of first year students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University by personal factors, such as different genders, programs, average scores, habitations, nurture, and financial support. 4) to study the relationship between personality and SelfAdjustment Ability of The First Year Students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University.
The samples in this study were 203 students of The First Year Students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The research tools were personality test and self-adjustment ability. The statistical analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test multiple comparisons and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results of this research had shown that:
1) With the use of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator: MBTI, it was found that The First Years Students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University had the most ENFJ which had extrovert personality type.
2) The Self-Adjustment Ability of The First Year Students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University was at High level.
3) The First Year Students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University who had different genders, programs, average scores, habitations, nurture, and financial support do not have different self-adjustment ability.
4) The personality had positive correlation with the self-adjustment ability of the first years students, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University with statistic significance at .01 level.
