การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เพชรบูรณ์ จำแนกตามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาตามคณะต่าง ๆจำนวน 5 คณะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 1,540 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน จำแนกเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความพร้อมด้านความรู้ ความพร้อมด้านทักษะกระบวนการ ความพร้อมด้านเจตคติ ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน การทดสอบทีอิสระ (t-test independent) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ด้วยสถิติทดสอบแบบเอฟ (F-test) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Schffe’s)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามร้อยละ 100 จำแนกตามคณะจำแนกวาคณะมนุษย์ศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ร้อยละ 22.14 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีร้อยละ 20.30 คณะวิทยาการจัดการร้อยละ 18.90 และคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรร้อยละ 18.51 ความคิดเห็นเรื่องความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจาราณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านความพร้อมด้านความรู้และความพร้อมด้านทักษะกระบวนการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความพร้อมด้านเจตคติอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบความแตกต่างของนักศึกษาของแต่ละคณะมีความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณราเป็นรายด้านพบว่านักศึกษาต่างคณะกันมีความพร้อมในกรเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนด้านทักษะและกระบวนการ ด้านเจตคติ แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
This study aims to investigate The Study of readiness to ASEAN community of students in Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The subjects will be divided into five groups by the faculties. The participants consisted of 1,540 students in Phetchabun Rajabhat University. Fives scales questionnaires are used as the instrument for collecting data. Three areas of questions are provided in the questionnaires which are the knowledge readiness, the procedure skill readiness and the attitude readiness. The obtained data were analyzed in term of frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation (S.D.), T-test independent, One-Way ANOVA, F-test and the multiple comparison by using Scheffe method.
The results indicate that the participants’ demographic data in one hundred percent are divided by the faculty. The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is 22.14 percent, The Faculty of Science and Technology is 20.30 percent, The Faculty of Education is 20.13, The Faculty of Management Sciences is 18.90 percent and The Faculty of Agricultural Technology is 18.51 percent. The overall opinion in readiness regarding to ASEAN community is in the medium level. The consideration of four areas found that the knowledge readiness and the procedure skill readiness are in the same level which is medium, but the attitude readiness is in the high level. The faculty multiple comparison results are not different. However, the considering in each area indicates that there is significantly different at the .05 level in the procedure skill readiness and the attitude readiness.
