การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการกิจกรรมลูกเสือในโรงเรียน สังกัดจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการจัดการกิจกรรมลูกเสือตามขนาดของโรงเรียนสังกัด จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่ายจาก ผู้บริหาร 60 คน และ ครูผู้สอน 240 คน ในสังกัดจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ รวม 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมครั้งนี้เป็น แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า โดยรวมจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนมีปัญหาในการจัด กิจกรรมลูกเสืออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นพบว่าการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือใน โรงเรียนในสังกัดจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ แบ่งการจัดการเป็น 4 ด้าน จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนใน ภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาค่าเฉลี่ยพบว่าโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก มีปัญหามากที่สุด รองลงมาคือโรงเรียนขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the problems in organizing Boy Scout activities in schools in Phetchabun Province and 2) to make a comparison between Boy Scout activities organized in big and small schools in Phetchabun Province. A sample of 300 cases consisting of schools’ executives and teachers were drawn from schools in Phetchabun Province, using simple random sampling method. The data were collected by using the questionnaires and were analyzed to find the average, standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test.
The results of the study showed that the problems of organizing Boy Scout activities according to school sizes were in a medium rate. Regarding to school sizes, the activities organized in schools with different sizes were not statistically different at .05 level. Furthermore, the results showed that the schools with a small size had problems in organizing Boy Scout activities the most, followed by the medium-sized schools and the big-sized schools.
