การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมครูปฐมวัย เรื่อง การจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยด้านการคิด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการ เกี่ยวกับการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยด้านการคิด โดยการจัดกลุ่มสนทนาครูปฐมวัย แล้วนำข้อสรุปที่ได้ มาสร้างเป็นชุดฝึกอบรมครูปฐมวัย เรื่อง การจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย ด้านการคิด จากนั้น ทำการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ความเข้าใจของครูก่อนและหลัง ฝึกอบรมด้วยชุด ฝึกอบรม และสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูปฐมวัยที่มีต่อการอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ 1) ครูปฐมวัยที่เข้าร่วมกลุ่มสนทนาจำนวน 20 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง และ 2) ครู ปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 ซึ่งสนใจสมัครเข้ารับการอบรม ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 30 คน แล้วให้เข้ารับการ อบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้น หลังจากนั้นดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์
 
สรุปผลการวิจัย
1. ชุดฝึกอบรมครูปฐมวัย เรื่อง การจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยด้านการคิด มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.78 / 82.56 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้
2. ความรู้ ความเข้าใจของครูปฐมวัย หลังการฝึกอบรมมีคะแนน สูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .00
3. ความพึงพอใจของครูปฐมวัยที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.02 อยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก


The purposes of this research and development are (1) to study the problems on provision of experiences to develop early childhood thinking of early childhood teacher by using focus group discussion technique; (2) to develop a training package on provision of experiences to develop early childhood thinking for early childhood teacher from guideline of focus group discussion; and (3) to evaluate the effectiveness of this training package. The participants were (1) 20 early childhood teachers for focus group discussion were selected by purposive sampling and (2) 30 early childhood teachers in Phetchabun who work in first semester of academic year 2012 by using purposive sampling. The research instruments were (1) topics of focus group discussion; (2) training package on provision of experiences to develop early childhood thinking; (3) a test of early childhood knowledge on provision of experiences to develop early childhood thinking; and (4) a satisfaction questionnaire of early childhood teacher on training packages. The statistics for data analysis were the content analysis, mean, and wilcoxon test.

The findings show that (1) the training package on provision of experiences to develop early childhood thinking had efficiency of 80.78/ 82.56; (2) the knowledge of early childhood teacher on provision of experiences to develop early childhood thinking after training through using a training package was higher than pre-test at the .00 level of significance; and (3) the satisfaction of early childhood teacher on training package is in very satisfied level.
