การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยเพื่อศึกษารูปแบบวิธีการสอนเทคนิคและองค์ประกอบในการจัดประสบการณ์ระดับปฐมวัย และเพื่อให้ความรู้ และส่งส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรทางการศึกษาได้ใช้ความสามารถในการถ่ายโยงความรู้และนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย
กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ครูปฐมวัยจากศูนย์เด็กก่อนวัยเรียนมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนตำบลดงมูลเหล็ก โรงเรียนรัฐบาลสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ (บ้านซับขลุง) และโรงเรียนเทศบาลสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ (เทศบาลตำบลดงขุย) จำนวน 20 คน ผู้ปกครองและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนจากศูนย์เด็กก่อนวัยเรียนมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนตำบลดงมูลเหล็ก โรงเรียนรัฐบาลสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์เขต 1 (โรงเรียนบ้านซับขลุง) และโรงเรียนเทศบาลสังกัดเทศบาลตำบล (เทศบาลตำบลดงขุย) จำนวน 80 คน รวม 100 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น แบบแผนการอบรมแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความแปรปรวน และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัญหาของการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย พบว่าครู ผู้ปกครอง และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย เห็นด้วยกับการที่สถานศึกษามุ่งการคิดเตรียมความพร้อมตามแผนการจัดประสบการณ์ในระดับปฐมวัย ซึ่งเป็นความพร้อมทางด้านร่างกาย, อารมณ์-จิตใจ, สังคม, สติปัญญา, โดยผ่านการจัดกิจกรรม 6 กิจกรรมหลัก รวมทั้ง ด้านศิลปะ เช่น การปั้น วาด พับ ฉีก ตัดปะ ฯลฯ อีกทั้งเห็นด้วยที่มีการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างผู้ปกครองทราบถึงพฤติกรรมและพัฒนาการในด้านต่างๆ ของเด็กปฐมวัย ทำให้ได้รับความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาให้เด็กมีความพร้อมทั้งที่บ้าน และสถานศึกษาไปในทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับร้อยละ 90 ขึ้นไป
2. จากการศึกษาพบว่ารูปแบบวิธีการสอนและการส่งเสริมความรู้การเชื่อมโยงประยุกต์ใช้บุคลากรที่ใช้บริการด้านศึกษา เห็นด้วยกับการที่ครูมีความเอาใจใส่ต่อเด็กปฐมวัยและ ผู้ปกครองในระดับร้อยละ 90 ขึ้นไป สำหรับด้านกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร เห็นด้วยที่สถานศึกษามีการพาเด็กไปปฏิบัติกิจกรรมในวันสำคัญเพื่อปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจิตสำนึกที่ดีเพื่อมุ่งเน้นให้เด็กได้มีการพัฒนาการที่เหมาะสม สถานศึกษาควรมีการจัดให้บริการประกันอุบัติเหตุ ในระดับร้อยละ 90
3. ความพึงพอใจของครูปฐมวัยในการได้รับการเรียนรู้ด้านการศึกษาปฐมวัยจากการสังเกตการสอนว่าอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
