การศึกษา เรื่อง การพัฒนาต้นแบบแหล่งเรียนรู้การฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อมและกระบวนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างสร้างสรรค์ตามแนวพระราชดำริ (กรณีศึกษาการพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์) มีวัตถุสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อสร้างต้นแบบแหล่งเรียนรู้การฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อมและกระบวนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วยองค์ความรู้วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างสร้างสรรค์ตามแนวพระราชดำริ บริเวณสระน้ำด้านทิศตะวันออกของอาคารสิรินธร และ 2) ส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามแนวพระราชดำริในเรื่องแก้ไขปัญหาและฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อมในพื้นที่ต้นแบบของมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อยกระดับสู่การพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรต้นแบบ ผลจากการศึกษา สามารถสรุปได้ว่าขอบเขตของการจัดการต้นแบบแหล่งเรียนรู้การฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อมและกระบวนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างสร้างสรรค์ตามแนวพระราชดำริ อย่างเป็นระบบ ด้วยการสร้างระบบระบายดกลิ่นที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ซึ่งเกิดจากน้ำทิ้งของถังเกรอะที่ไหลลงในบ่อ คือ 1) สร้างบ่อกรองน้ำเสียชั้นแรกก่อนแล้วจึงปล่อยน้ำเสียลงบ่อต้นกกธูป 2) การราดน้ำหมักชีวภาพในบ่อกรองน้ำเสียชั้นแรก วันละ1ลิตร ห่างกันสัปดาห์เว้นสัปดาห์เป็นเวลา 6เดือน ตรวจสอบคุณสมบัตรบางประการของตัวอย่างน้ำ ได้แก่ ค่า ph ค่าอุณหภูมิ ค่าความขุ่นและออกซิเจน ที่เก็บจาก 3 บริเวณบ่อกรองน้ำเสียและบ่อต้นกกธูปรัศมีไม่เกิน 1 เมตร ห่างจากแปลผัก พบว่า ค่าที่วัดได้แต่ละครั้งจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเล็กน้อยในแต่ละเดือน ตัวอย่างน้ำที่เก็บจากบริเวณบ่อกรองน้ำเสียและบ่อต้นกกธูปพบว่ามีค่าความขุ่นอยู่ระหว่าง 88.23-89.7NTU และค่าออกซิเจนอยู่ระหว่าง5.55-8.05mg/Lตัวอย่างน้ำที่เก็บจากบริเวณแปลงกลางสระ พบว่ามีค่าความขุ่น80.5-84.9NTUและค่าออกซิเจนอยู่ระหว่าง15.55/-20.05mg/Lตัวอย่างน้ำที่เก็บจากบริเวณแปลงผักลอยน้ำ พบว่า มีค่าความขุ่นอยู่ระหว่าง 60.5-71.8NTU และค่าออกซิเจนอยู่ระหว่าง18.55-22.20mg/L ส่วนค่าphและอุณหภูมิมีค่าค่อนข้างคงที่หรือมีค่าใกล้เคียงกันมากในแต่ละเดือน ส่วนผลกรวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 39 คนที่เข้าเยียมชม แหล่งเรียนรู้การฟืนฟูสิงแวดล้อม พบว่า ค่าเฉลียความเห็นด้วยหรือพึงพอใจต่อแหล่งเรียนรู้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเท่ากับ 4.05 ด้วยส่วนเบียงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.66
This study focused on the development learning resources of regeneration environment and environment management process for creative agricultural tourism of His Majesty the King (Case study of the development learning resources of regeneration environment and environment management process for creative agricultural tourism in Rajabhat Phetchabun University). Aims of study were: 1) for created the development learning resources of regeneration environment and environment management process with cognitive science for creative agricultural tourism of His Majesty the King in the pool area at the east end of the Building Sirindhorn. 2) for promoted the learning process of His Majesty the King to modify the problems of the regeneration environment and environment management process of the development learning resources, in the university elevated to agricultural tourism.
The results of the study can concluded that the system scope of regeneration environment and environment management process for creative agricultural tourism of His Majesty the King by creating an undesirable odor treatment system, which caused sewage to the septic tank flows into the pool such as: 1) constructed a first water filtration pond and then released into wastewater of elephant grass (Typha angustifolia L.) pond. 2) Pouring biofermentation water in first water filtration pond 1 liter per day for week other week of 6 months. To check some properties of the water was the pH, temperature, and dissolved oxygen values collected from three areas such as the wastewater of elephant grass pond area of 1 meter radius, the center of pool area, and the floating vegetable garden area of 1 meter radius. The data showed that each measured value changes slightly each month. Water samples collected from the wastewater of elephant grass pond area has the turbidity was between 88.2 - 89.7 NTU and oxygen values between 5.55 - 8.05 mg/L. Water samples collected from the center of pool area has the turbidity was between 80.5 - 84.9 NTU and oxygen values between 15.55 - 20.05 mg/L. Water samples collected from the floating vegetable garden area has the turbidity was between 60.5 - 71.9 NTU and oxygen values between 18.55 - 22.05 mg/L. The pH and the temperature were relatively constant and were very similar in each month.
In the addition, the analysis of the questionnaire data of 39 peoples as respondents who visit found that the average or overall satisfaction with the development learning resources at a high level is equal to 4.05 with a standard deviation equal to 0.66.
