ปุ๋ยน้ำหมักมูลสุกรจากเกรียงไกลฟาร์ม ได้มาจากการเลี้ยงสุกรแบบระบบปิด เลี้ยงปีละ2ครั้ง ครั้งละ 5เดือน ต่อจำนวนสุกร 1,250 ตัว น้ำเสียมูลสุกร น้ำปัสสาวะและเศษอาหาร ถูกนำมาเติมกากน้ำตาลและจุลินทรีย์อีเอ็ม และผ่านระบบไบโอก๊าซบ่อหมักแบบโดมคงที่ใช้เวลาในการหมักเป็นเวลาประมาณ 30-40วันจะได้ปุ๋ยหมักมูลสุกร ในงานวิจัยนี้มีการเก็บตัวอย่างปุ๋ย2บริเวณ คือ บริเวณบ่อแยกตะกอน และบริเวณบ่อพักปุ๋ยน้ำหมักมูลสุกร และนำมาวิเคราะห์คุณภาพปุ๋ยทั้งหมด 8 พารามิเตอร์ ได้แก ปริมาณร้อยละไนโตรเจนทั้งหมด ปริมาณร้อยละฟอสเฟสทั้งหมด ปริมาณร้อยละโพแทสเซียมทั้งหมด อินทรีย์คาร์บอน อินทรียวัตถุ อัตราส่วนคาร์บอนต่อไนโตรเจน ความเป็นกรดด่าง(ph)และค่าการนำไฟฟ้า ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่ามี 2 พารามิเตอร์ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของกรมวิชาเกษต คือค่าความเป็นกรดดด่าง (7-8)และนำค่าไฟฟ้า (ไม่เกิน 10 เดซิเมนต์ต่อเมตร) จากการที่เกษตรกรได้นำปุ๋ยน้ำหมักมูลสุกรไปใช้แทนปุ๋ยเคมี ในไร่สำปะหลัง ไร่อ้อย และแปลงเกษตรผสมผสาน พบว่าให้ผลผลิตทางการเกษตรดี และช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิต ซึ่งก็เป็นไปตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

Liquid fertilizer of swine manure fermentation from Kreangkrai farm was obtained from feeding the pigs by closed system. The feeding made 2 times per year, 5 months per time and per 1,250 pigs. The waste water from swine manure, urine .and food scraps were mixed with molasses and EM microorganism by fixed dome digester biogas system for 30-45 days and was gotten liquid fertilizer of swine manure fermentation. This research kept the fertilizer samples at 2 stations; the sediment pond and swine manure fermentation pond. The liquid fertilizers were quality analysis included 8 parameters which were total nitrogen percentage, total phosphorus percentage, total potassium percentage, organic carbon, organic matter, carbon per nitrogen ratio, pH and conductivity. There were two parameters which passing benchmark of Department of Agriculture. There were pH (7-8) and conductivity (>10 decement per meter). Moreover, the agriculturist used the liquid fertilizer of swine manure fermentation replace the chemical fertilizer for planting cassava, sugar cane and integrated farming. The agricultural products were gotten as well and reduced cost of production that according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy.
