ผลการใช้แบบทดสอบทางจิตวิทยาเพื่อการแนะแนวการศึกษาและอาชีพสำหรับครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและศึกษานิเทศก์ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบรูณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ครูผู้สอนและนิเทศมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการใช้แบบทดสอบทางจิตวิทยาและสามารถนำไปใช้ทดสอบกับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจตนเอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาและศึกษานิเทศก์ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบรูณ์ เขต 1 , 2 และเขต3 จำนวน 30 คน โดยสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาละ 10 คน และนักเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 230 คน โดยกำหนดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต1 จำนวน 78 เขต2 จำนวน 78 เขต3 จำนวน 74 ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Random Samping) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสำรวจวุฒิภาวะทางอาชีพ แบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจในอาชีพ แบบทดสอบเชาว์ปัญญา และแบบสำรวจบุคลิกภาพชุด EPPS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูและนิเทศ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการใช้แบบทดสอบทางจิตวิทยา แลผ่านการประเมินการอบรม อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก คะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.5 และพบว่า นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีเชาว์ปัญญาอยู่ในระดับต่ำกว่าปานกลาง และส่วนใหญ่มีลักษณะของบุคลิกภาพแบบต้องการความช่วยเหลือในด้านต่างๆจากผู้อื่น และผลจากการทดสอบวุฒิภาวะทางอาชีพของนักเรียน พบว่านักเรียน ส่วนใหญ่จะมีวุฒิภาวะทางอาชีพ อยู่ในระดับต่ำ และผลจากการทดสอบความสนใจด้านอาชีพของนักเรียนพบว่า นักเรียนชายส่วนใหญ่จะมีความสนใจอาชีด้านช่างฝีมือ ส่วนนักเรียนหญิง ส่วนใหญ่สนใจอาชีพด้านศิลปะ ดนตรี วรรณกรรม ตามลำดับ

The sample of this study consisted of 30 High School Teachers and Supervisors of the Offices of Educational Service Areas 1 , 2 and Areas 3 of Phetchabun Province by fix 10 Offices of Educational Service Areas and 230 High School class 6 student selected by a multistage random sampling Technique.
The instruments were used in this study consisted of Career Maturity Inventory , The Vocational Preference Inventory, Intelligence Test , Personality Inventory EPPS The study finding that result of High School Teachers and Supervisors of the Offices have Knowledge and understand in to the Use of Phychological Test and pass training revel almost very much mean 2.5 and almost High School student Have lower middle intelligence and have personality are need helf from another and effect test of Career Maturity Inventory fine almost High School student Have lower and effect test of The Vocational Preference Inventory fine and almost High School man student have interest about Lebelskill and almost High School woman student have interest about arts music .
