รายงานการศึกษาค้นคว้า เรื่อง วิจัยและพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ความมุ่งหมายของการศึกษาค้นคว้า คือ เพื่อวิจัยและพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ และเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางผลการปฏิบัติการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผุ้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าเป็นคณาจารย์ประจำ และคณาจารย์พิเศษตามสัญญาที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในปี2551ที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสำรวจการปฏิบัติการสอนและแบบรายงานการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ
สรุปผลการศึกษาค้นคว้า
1. เมื่อดำเนินงานวิจัยและพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ พบว่า
1.1 คณาจารย์รู้และเข้าใจมากเป้าหมายหลักสูตร
1.2 ด้านการวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพผู้เรียนและเข้าใจผู้เรียน มีร้อยละ 73.68 ที่รู้และเข้าใจผู้เรียน แต่มีเพียงร้อยละ21.43 ที่นำผลการวิเคราะห์ไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน
1.3 การทำการประมวลการสอนรายวิชา มีคณาจารย์จัดทำถึงร้อยละ 93.42 และทำการแจกให้นักศึกษาร้อยละ 100 แต่ปฏิบัติตามการประมวลการสอนเพียงร้อยละ 73.24
1.4 การประเมินผลการเรียนที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพการเรียนรู้ที่จัดให้ผู้เรียนและอิงพัฒนาการของผู้เรียนมีถึงร้อยละ 93.42 แต่มีการนำเสนอความก้าวหน้าการทำโครงงานเพียงร้อยละ35.21
1.5 การนำผลการประเมินมาปรับเปลี่ยนการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เต้มศักยภาพมีร้อยละ73.68
1.6 สำหรับการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาสื่อหรือการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนและนำผลไปพัฒนาผู้เรียน คณาจารย์ไม่ได้ปฏิบัติถึงร้อยละ 84.21
2. การกำหนดแนวทางการรายงานผลการปกิบัติการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ
สรุปได้ดังนี้
2.1 เป้าหมายและหลักสูตร
2.1.1 มีโครงการประชุมชี้แจงเป้าหมายหลักสูตร(คุณลักษณะผู้เรียนที่ต้องการ)
2.1.2 มีรายชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมไม่ต่ำกว่า ร้อยละ 75
2.1.3 มีประเมินผลการประชุม พร้อมผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทำเป็นผลรายงานการประชุม
2.2 วิเคราะห์ผู้เรียน
2.2.1 มีผลสรุปการวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียน มีแนวทางการใช้ผลการวิเคราะห์เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน(สรุปทั้งหมู่เรียน)
2.2.2 มีการวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนทุกคน ทั้งหมู่เรียน ทั้งด้านการเรียน ด้านทางบ้าน ด้านพฤติกรรม(วิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนรายบุคคล)
2.3 ประมวลการสอนรายวิชา
2.3.1 มีประมวลการสอนรายวิชา(อย่างน้อย1รายวิชา)
2.3.2 มีข้อสอบ Pretest-Port test และผลการใช้ข้อสอบ
2.3.3 มีแผนการสอนอย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง ที่มีวิธีการสอนและเคร่าองมือประกอบแผนการสอน
2.3.4 มีหน้าWebsite ที่ให้นักเรียนสึกษาค้นคว้า หรือภาพหน้าจอCAI หรือE-learning (สำเนาเป็นเอกสาร แนบประมวลการสอนรายวิชา)
2.3.5 มีเครื่องมือที่ใช้กับแผนการสอน เช่น แบบสังเกต แบบประเมินการทำงานกลุ่ม แบบประเมินภาคปฏิบัติ เกณฑ์การประเมิน(RUBRIC SCORE)
2.4 การวางแผนพัฒนาผู้เรียน
2.4.1 มีใบสรุปการวางแผนพัฒนาผู้เรียน(อย่างน้อย1หมู่เรียน)
2.4.2 มีข้อสอบปลายภาค (หมู่เรียนเดียวกัน1รายวิชา)
2.4.3 มีงบหน้าและใบเกรด(อย่างน้อย1หมู่เรียนจำนวน1รายวิชา)
2.5 การวิจัยในชั้นเรียน

This study aimed to Research and Development on the topic of “THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT-CENTERED INSTRUCTION APPROACH”
The purpose of this research was to study problems of research and procedure development study the instruction by emphasize the student in witness of staff of Phetchabun Rajabhat University teachers , and for fix report practice administration trend learns that emphasize the student in witness , the people who use in the research is staff of permanent teachers , and staff of permanent special teachers follows to promise , at take action teach in 2551 academic years that Phetchabun Rajabhat University, a tool that use to pick collect the data , compose , model to explore instruction practice , and model , administration report studies the instruction that emphasizes the student in witness,
The results showed that:
1. When , manage research and procedure development study the instruction by emphasize the student in witness of staff of university government officer Phetchaboon teachers , meet that ,
1.1 The staff of teachers knows and understand very the aim of the course.
1.2 Analysis latency student side and understand the student , there are 73.68 percentages that know and understand the student , but , there are just 21.43 percentages that lead the analysis result goes to use in the administration studies the instruction.
1.3 Doing syllabus subjective , there is the staff of teachers makes to arrive at 93.42 percentages and do the distribution give 100 percentage students but , follow the syllabus just 73.24 percentages.
1.4 Education evaluation that correspond learning very state s give the student and are based on the development of the student have to arrive at 93.42 percentages but , there is the lead presents doing project progress just 35.21 percentages.
1.5 Assessment lead comes to change instruction education for s develop the student s give , full the latency has 73.68 percentages.
1.6 For the research for develop mass media or , learning of the student and lead go to develop the student , the staff of teachers no minister to arrive at 84.21 percentages.
2. Trend report practice administration specification learns that emphasize the student in witness , can summarize , as follows ,
2.1 Course aim ,
2.1.1 Have the project meets to explain course aim , ( Student quality that want ).
2.1.2 Have list of attendee at a meeting names , do not lower , the percentage is 75 .
2.1.3 Have evaluate the meeting , fully analysis data result pretends meeting report .
2.2 Analyse the student ,
2.2.1 Bear fruit summarize student analysis , there is using analysis result trend , for develop the student , ( Summarize both of a group studies ) .
2.2.2 Have student everybody analysis , both of a group studies , both of education side , a side is household , behaviour side , ( Analyse individual student ).
2.3 Subjective syllabus ,
2.3.1 Have subjective syllabus , ( At least 1 subjective ).
2.3.2 Have the examination , Pretest -Port test , and using examination .
2.3.3 Plan the instruction at least 1 time , at have the way teaches and a tool assemble the conspiracy teach.
2.3.4 Dare to , Website , at give a student does research work , or , Monitor picture , CAI , or , E -learning , ( A copy is a document , press subjective syllabus ).
2.3.5 Have a tool that apply to the conspiracy s teach , such as , Model to observe , Model to assess group work , Model to assess the practical part , Standard the assessment , (RUBRIC SCORE) .
2.4 Planning develops the student ,
2.4.1 Have conclude planning develops the student , ( At least 1 a group studies ) .
2.4.2 Have end part examination , ( A group studies 1 subjective same ).
2.4.3 Have the budget infront and the grade , ( At least 1 a group studies , 1 amount is subjective).
2.5 The research in the classroom , There is research report document in the classroom .
