การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ผ้าถิ่นเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพการใช้งานสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ผ้าถิ่นเพชรบูรณ์ทุนทางวัฒนธรรม และ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ผ้าถิ่นกับผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียตอบแบบประเมินด้วยตนเอง จำนวน 641 ชุด คนในชุมชน ตำบลห้วยไร่ อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 30คน นักเรียน นักศึกษาในชุมชน จำนวน 50 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) สารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ MyWebAR(โดย DEVAR) เป็นแพลตฟอร์มประเภท No-Code WebAR Platform ที่ช่วยสร้างประสบการณ์Augmented Reality (AR) ที่ทำงานบนเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพการใช้งาน และ 3)แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ผ้าถิ่นกับผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การพัฒนาสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ผ้าถิ่นเพชรบูรณ์ มีความต้องการความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตและพัฒนาสารสนเทศ ด้านความจำเป็นต่อการผลิตและพัฒนาสื่อสารสนเทศและผลประเมินความต้องการสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ท้องถิ่น 2) การประเมินคุณภาพการใช้งานสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ผ้าถิ่นเพชรบูรณ์ทุนทางวัฒนธรรม สามารถจำแนกองค์ความรู้ได้ทั้งหมด 7 องค์ความรู้ ดังนี้ (1) องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภูมิปัญญาทอผ้าถิ่นเพชรบูรณ์ (2) องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับชุมชนบ้านวังร่อง (3) องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทอผ้าจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ (4) องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุปกรณ์การทอผ้า (5) องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกรรมวิธีและเครื่องมือทอผ้า (6) องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับขั้นตอนการทอผ้า (7) องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลวดลายผ้าและที่มา(ผ้าแพรไส้ปลาไหล,ผ้าควบหรือผ้าหางกระรอก, ซิ่นขั้น (ซิ่นกล่อม), ผ้าราชวัตร, ซิ่นหมี่น้อย, ซิ่นมุก ผลการประเมินคุณภาพการใช้งานของสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ผ้าถิ่นเพชรบูรณ์อยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจสารสนเทศองค์ความรู้ผ้าถิ่นกับผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจชุมชน พบว่า ผลการประเมินโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก สามารถนำสารสนเทศไปใช้ได้
The purpose of this research were to: 1) develop an information system of local textile knowledge in Phetchabun Province; 2) evaluate the quality of usability of the local textile knowledge information system as cultural capital; and 3)assess user satisfaction with the local textile knowledge information system and community products in Phetchabun Province for driving the community-based economy.
The research samples were selected using purposive sampling and consisted of stakeholders who completed self-administered questionnaires (641 responses), 30 community members from Ban Wang Rong, Huai Rai Subdistrict, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province, 50 local students, and 3 subject-matter experts.
The research instruments included: a local textile knowledge information system developed using MyWebAR (by DEVAR), a no-code WebAR platform that enables the creation of augmented reality (AR) experiences accessible through web browsers; a usability quality evaluation form; and a satisfaction questionnaire on the local textile knowledge information system and community products in Phetchabun Province. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that:
1. the development of the local textile knowledge information system reflected a strong demand for knowledge related to textile production and information development, particularly regarding the necessity for producing and developing information media, as well as overall local knowledge information needs;
2. the evaluation of the usability quality of the local textile knowledge information system as cultural capital classified the knowledge into seven categories:
(1) knowledge related to the local textile weaving wisdom of Phetchabun Province;
(2) knowledge related to the Ban Wang Rong community;
(3) knowledge related to textile weaving using natural materials;
(4) knowledge related to weaving equipment;
(5) knowledge related to weaving methods and tools;
(6) knowledge related to the weaving process; and
(7) knowledge related to textile patterns and their origins, including Phrae Sai Pla Lai, Khwab or Hang Krarok fabric, Sin Chan (Sin Klom), Ratchawat fabric, Sin Mhee Noi, and Sin Muk. The overall usability quality of the local textile knowledge information system was evaluated at a very good level.
3) The overall satisfaction with the local textile knowledge information system and community products in Phetchabun Province for promoting the community economy was rated at a high level, indicating that the information system can be effectively applied in practice.
