การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนา ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเครื่องปั้นเนื้อมะขามแก้ว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การออกแบบและพัฒนาเครื่องปั้นเนื้อมะขามแก้ว มีขนาด กว้างX ยาวX สูง เท่ากับ 400 x 400 x 300 มิลลิเมตร และชุดใบตัดเนื้อมะขาม สเตนเลสขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 40 มิลลิเมตร ยาว 300 มิลลิเมตร ความกว้างของร่องตัด 19 มิลลิเมตร จำนวน 10 ร่อง มีจำนวน 2 ร่อง ตัดคู่กัน และชุดใบปั้นก้อนกลมเนื้อมะขามมีจำนวน 2 ร่องคู่กัน เป็นวัสดุพอลิเอไมด์ทั้งสองใบ ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 80 มิลลิเมตร ยาว 300 มิลลิเมตร ความกว้างของร่องปั้นเนื้อมะขาม 18 มิลลิเมตร ทั้งหมดจำนวน 10 ร่อง ผลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ มีลักษณะทรงกลม ขนาด 20 มิลลิเมตร โดยมีความเร็วรอบเครื่องปั้นเนื้อมะขามแก้วแบ่งเป็น 3 ช่วง คือ 40 90 และ 140 รอบต่อนาที ความเร็วรอบที่ดีที่สุด คือ 140 รอบต่อนาที ประสิทธิภาพการปั้นก้อนเนื้อมะขามแก้ว 100% คิดเป็นก้อนกลมเฉลี่ย 8 ก้อน คิดเป็นไม่กลมเฉลี่ย 2 ก้อน คุณภาพการปั้นเนื้อมะขามแก้วเฉลี่ย 83 % เวลาที่ใช้การทดสอบ เฉลี่ย 2 นาที อัตราสิ้นเปลือง 1.77 บาท/ต่อชั่วโมง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและผู้ใช้งานเครื่องมีระดับความพึงพอใจ
This research aimed to design and develop, test the efficiency and evaluate the user satisfaction of the tamarind pulp molding machine. The research results found that the design and development of the tamarind pulp molding machine had the dimensions of width x height x length equal to 400 x 400 x 300 mm. and a set of tamarind pulp cutters, stainless steel with the diameter of 40 mm., length of 300 mm., groove width of 19 mm., with 10 grooves, 2 grooves cut together, and a set of tamarind pulp ball molding blades with 2 grooves, both made of polyamide, with the diameter of 80 mm., length of 300 mm., groove width of 18 mm., with a total of 10 grooves. The results of the efficiency test It has a round shape, size 20 millimeters, with the speed of the tamarind pulp molding machine divided into 3 ranges: 40, 90 and 140 revolutions per minute. The best speed is 140 revolutions per minute. The efficiency of molding tamarind pulp is 100%, which is an average of 8 round pieces and an average of 2 not round pieces. The average quality of molding tamarind pulp is 83%. The average time used for testing is 2 minutes. The consumption rate is 1.77 baht/hour. The experts involved and the users of the machine have a level of satisfaction.
