งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการศึกษาออกแบบและการสร้างเครื่องปอกอะโวคาโด ที่มีความปลอดภัยลดความเมื่อยล้าและลดเวลาในการปอกอะโวคาโด เครื่องปอกอะโวคาโดมีขนาด 260x400x520 มิลลิเมตร และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพด้วยการออกแบบการทดลองทั้งหมด 10 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 1 กิโลกรัม ซึ่งใน 1 กิโลกรัม จะต้องควบคุมอะโวคาโด 3 ลูก ต้องมีน้ำหนักรวมกันได้ 1 กิโลกรัมอะโวคาโด1ลูก อยู่ระหว่าง 280-390 กรัมแล้ว ใช้ความเร็วรอบอยู่ที่ 80 รอบต่อวินาที นำมาหาค่าเฉลี่ยออกมาเพื่อนำไปเปรียบเทียบกับแรงงานคนปอก ซึ่งผลการทดลองใช้เครื่องปอกอะโวคาโด 1 กิโลกรัม จะใช้เวลาในการปอก 2 นาที 11 วินาที โดยใช้ความเร็วรอบอยู่ที่ 80 รอบต่อวินาที อัตราการผลิตของเครื่อง 28 กิโลกรัม ต่อ 1 ชั่วโมง ใช้คนปอกอะโวคาโด 1 กิโลกรัม จะใช้เวลาในการปอก 10 นาที 20 วินาที เห็นได้ว่าใช้เครื่องปอกเร็วกว่าคน 4.37 เท่าต่อ 1 กิโลกรัม ลดเวลาในการผลิต ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจ้างพนักงาน อีกทั้งยังป้องกันอุบัติเหตุที่จะเกิดขึ้นในการปอกอะโวคาโด ทําให้ผลิตภัณฑ์สะอาดไม่เสียหายสามารถผลิตได้มากกว่าเดิม
This research focuses on objective of studying the design and Invention of an avocado peeler. that is safe, reduces fatigue and reduces time spent peeling avocados The avocado peeler measures 260x400x520 millimeters and its performance was tested in a total of 10 experimental designs, one at a time.1 kilogram, which in 1 kilogram must control 3 avocados, must have a combined weight of 1 kilogram, 1 avocado is between 280-390 grams, then use a rotational speed of 80 revolutions per second to find the average. It came out to be compared with the labor of peelers. The results of the experiment using a 1 kilogram avocado peeler will take 2 minutes and 11 seconds to peel using a speed of 80 revolutions per second. The production rate of the machine is 28 kilograms per 1 hour, using a person to peel avocados. 1 kilogram takes 10 minutes and 20 seconds to peel. It can be seen that using a peeler is 4.37 times faster than a person per 1 kilogram, reducing production time. Expenses for hiring employees It also prevents accidents that will occur when peeling avocados. Makes the product clean and undamaged and able to produce more than before.
