งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งทำการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์โฟมล้างหน้าจากรกมะขามผสมกับเปลือกมะขามเหลือทิ้ง วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มผู้ผลิตและแปรรูปมะขาม จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำผลิตภัณฑ์โฟมล้างหน้าสำหรับทำความสะอาดผิว และสิ่งสกปรกทั่วไป และทำการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพการใช้งาน รวมไปถึงการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ให้กับวิสาหกิจชุมชน ซึ่งจากการวิจัยพิจารณาความสะอาดเป็นหลัก พบว่า ที่ขนาดความละเอียดของผงที่ 0.197มิลลิเมตร มีความสะอาดของผิวหลังจากการใช้งานในทุก ๆ ตัวแปรของส่วนผสมผงรกมะขามกับผงเปลือกมะขามเหลือทิ้งที่ 10, 15 และ 20 กรัม โดยเฉพาะที่ส่วนผสมผงรกมะขามกับผงเปลือกมะขามเหลือทิ้งที่ 15 กรัม มีระดับความสะอาดอยู่ที่ 19 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และจากการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์โฟมล้างหน้าจากเศษรกกับเปลือกมะขามเหลือทิ้ง พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมเฉลี่ย 4.26 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.61 มีค่าคะแนนอยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aims to develop a facial foam product from tamarind placenta mixed with leftover tamarind peels, a community enterprise of tamarind producers and processors in Phetchabun Province. The objectives are to produce a facial foam product for cleaning the skin and general dirt, and to test its efficiency, as well as to transfer knowledge to the community enterprise. From the research, cleanliness was the main consideration. It was found that at a powder fineness of 0.197 millimeters, the skin was clean after use in every variable of the mixture of tamarind placenta powder and leftover tamarind peel powder at 10, 15, and 20 grams, especially the mixture of tamarind placenta powder and leftover tamarind peel powder at 15 grams, which had a cleanliness level of 19 percent. From the knowledge transfer on facial foam products from leftover placenta and peels, it was found that the overall satisfaction was 4.26 with a standard deviation of 0.61, which was at a high level.
