งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาปัญหาในการเขียนขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ของอาจารย์ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ 2. เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในการเขียนขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ ของอาจารย์ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์ของคณะครุศาสตร์ที่ผ่านการเขียนขอจริยธรรมงานวิจัยในมนุษย์ จำนวน 5 คนซึ่งจำนวน 5 คน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยขอนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ดังนี้ การเขียนข้อเสนอวิจัยเพื่อขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ จำเป็นที่จะต้องทำเพื่อให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ การสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ และสร้างความเข้าใจใหม่ เกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยที่กำลังจะเริ่มทำ และอาจช่วยให้เกิดการพัฒนาทางสังคม ซึ่งเป็นหลักการสำคัญของการวิจัยในมนุษย์ โดยในการเขียนข้อเสนอวิจัยเพื่อขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์นั้น ต้องใช้ความรู้ความเข้าใจในงาน และเข้าใจกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่นักวิจัยจะลงไปดำเนินการวิจัยด้วย อีกทั้งในการเขียนรายละเอียดของระเบียบวิธีวิจัย รายละเอียดของกระบวนการขั้นตอนการรายงาน รายละเอียดของขั้นตอนการวิจัยที่วางแผนไว้ ก็ต้องตรงตามที่จะดำเนินการวิจัยจริง ๆ ควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้นักวิจัยมีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการเขียนขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ เพื่อตรวจสอบก่อนที่จะส่ง ควรมีกระบวนการในการจัดระบบการส่งให้รวดเร็วและมีความเข้าใจง่ายกว่านี้ ควรจัดอบรมในการเขียนขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์เพื่อชี้แจงแนวทางปฏิบัติร่วมกัน ควรมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่คอยให้คำปรึกษาโดยเฉพาะ เมื่อนักวิจัยมีปัญหาหรือข้อสงสัยที่ต้องการทราบ ควรมีแผนการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวกับการเขียนขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ที่ชัดเจน ควรมีแบบฟอร์มหรือตัวอย่าง คู่มือในการเขียนขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์
The purposes of this research were to 1. Study the problems in writing ethics requests for human research of lecturers in the Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University. 2. Find solutions to the problems in writing ethics requests for human research of lecturers in the Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The research methodology used semi-structured interviews with a sample group of 5 lecturers in the Faculty of Education who had written ethics requests for human research. The researcher analyzed the data and presented the results of the semi-structured interviews as follows: Writing a research proposal to request ethics for human research requires knowledge and understanding, creating new knowledge, and creating new understanding about the research that is about to begin, which may help develop society, which is an important principle of human research. Writing a research proposal to request ethics for human research requires knowledge and understanding of the work and the sample group that the researcher will conduct the research with. In addition, writing details of the research methodology, details of the reporting process, and details of the planned research steps must be consistent with the actual research. Researchers should be encouraged and supported to have knowledge and understanding of writing ethics requests for human research in order to check before submitting. There should be a process for organizing submissions that is faster and easier to understand. Training on writing human research ethics requests should be organized to clarify common practices. There should be specialists who are available to provide advice when researchers have problems or questions that they want to know about. There should be a clear action plan for writing human research ethics requests. There should be a complete form or example of a guide to writing human research ethics requests.
