การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการใช้ เครื่อง MULTI EA 4000 ให้ทราบหาปริมาณอินทรีย์คาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TOC) ปริมาณคาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TC) และปริมาณ อนินทรีย์คาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TIC) ในดินและปุ๋ย เครื่อง MULTI EA 4000 ไว้เป็นแนวทางให้นักวิทยาศาสตร์มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้งานเครื่องมือสาหรับการตรวจวิเคราะห์รายการทดสอบปริมาณอินทรีย์คาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TOC) ปริมาณคาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TC) และปริมาณอนินทรีย์คาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TIC) ในดินและปุ๋ย
ผลการวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ ปริมาณอินทรีย์คาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TOC) % พบปริมาณมากที่สุดในตัวอย่างที่ 4 คือ 8.64 ปริมาณคาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TC) % มีปริมาณสูงที่สุดในตัวอย่างที่ 4 คือ 9.61 ปริมาณอนินทรีย์คาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TIC) % ในตัวอย่างที่ 1 มีปริมาณสูงที่สุดคือ 1.86 และปริมาณอินทรีย์คาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TOC) % พบปริมาณน้อยที่สุดใน ตัวอย่างที่ 2 คือ 0.66 ปริมาณคาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TC) % มีปริมาณน้อยที่สุดในตัวอย่างที่ 2 คือ 1.11 ปริมาณอนินทรีย์คาร์บอนทั้งหมด (TIC) % ในตัวอย่างที่ 8 มีปริมาณน้อยที่สุดคือ 0.43
This research aims to study the method of using the MULTI EA 4000 machine to determine the Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Total Carbon (TC), and Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC) in soil and fertilizers. The objective is to provide a guide for scientists to gain expertise in using the instrument for testing the amounts of TOC, TC, and TIC in soil and fertilizers.
The results of the analysis showed that : The highest amount of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) was found in sample 4 at 8.64%. The highest amount of Total Carbon (TC) was found in sample 4 at 9.61%. The highest amount of Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC) was found in sample 1 at 1.86%. The lowest amount of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) was found in sample 2 at 0.66%. The lowest amount of Total Carbon (TC) was found in sample 2 at 1.11%. The lowest amount of Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC) was found in sample 8 at 0.43%. This study helps in understanding the effective use of the MULTI EA 4000 machine
