การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของบุคลากรที่มีต่อระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดาเนินงานที่เป็นเลิศ Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ หัวหน้าสานักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ จานวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามวัดทัศนคติของบุคลากร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสาเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ ทา การวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจับพบว่า ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมของทัศนคติของบุคลากรที่มีต่อระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดาเนินงานที่เป็นเลิศ Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง ( x̄ =4.19,S.D.=0.78) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน บุคลากรต่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง ( x̄ = 4.06=,S.D.=0.89) รองลงมาคือระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง( x̄ = 4.05=,S.D.=0.88) และมหาวิทยาลัยส่งเสริมสนับสนุนต่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง ( x̄ = 4.00=,S.D.=0.86)
This research aimed to study the attitudes of personnel towards the educational quality assurance system according to the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The target group consisted of 70 individuals, including administrators, lecturers, office heads, and staff members. The research tool used was an attitude questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a computer software program to calculate the mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that the overall satisfaction with the attitudes of personnel towards the educational quality assurance system according to the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at Phetchabun Rajabhat University was at a highly agreeable level (Mean = 4.19, S.D. = 0.78). When considering each aspect, the attitudes of personnel towards educational quality assurance were also at a highly agreeable level (Mean = 4.06, S.D. = 0.89). The next most agreeable aspect was the quality assurance system itself (Mean = 4.05, S.D. = 0.88), followed by the university’s support and promotion of educational quality assurance, which was also at a highly agreeable level (Mean = 4.00, S.D. = 0.86).
