นวัตกรรมเจลสมุนไพรบรรเทาอาการปวดเข่าในผู้สูงอายุ ที่มีส่วนผสมจากถ่านเปลือก แมคคาเดเมีย ซึ่งเป็นวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตร วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาพัฒนาสูตรเจลสมุนไพรที่มีส่วนผสมจากถ่านเปลือกแมคคาเดเมีย ศึกษาฤทธิ์การต้านอักเสบของสูตรตำรับยาพอกเข่า และ ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการผลิตเจลสมุนไพรที่มีส่วนผสมจากถ่านเปลือกแมคคาเดเมียให้กับผู้ประกอบการและชุมชน รูปแบบการวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สารสกัดสมุนไพรทั้ง 3 สูตร ซึ่งมีสมุนไพร เช่น ไพล ขมิ้นชัน ขิง ดองดึง เป็นต้น มีฤทธิ์ต้านการอักเสบโดยสามารถยับยั้งการสลายตัวของอัลบูมิน สารสกัดสมุนไพรสูตรที่ 3, สารสกัดสมุนไพรสูตรที่ 1 และสารสกัดสมุนไพรสูตรที่ 2 มีค่า IC50 เท่ากับ 7.39, 9.08 และ12.02 ตามลำดับ และมีฤทธิ์ต้านการอักเสบในหลอดทดลองเป็น 0.06, 005, 0.04 เท่าของ Diclofenac diethylammonium ตามลำดับ การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบเจลสมุนไพรที่มีส่วนผสมของผงถ่านเปลือกแมคคาเดเมีย ได้นำสารสกัดสมุนไพรสูตรที่ 3 ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ไพล ขมิ้นชัน และขิง มาพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ ร่วมกับการใช้แซนแทนกัมเป็นสารก่อเจล และผงถ่านเปลือกแมคคาเดเมีย จากนั้นนำผลิตภัณฑ์ไปทดสอบฤทธิ์ต้านการอักเสบ พบว่ามีความสามารถยับยั้งการสลายตัวของอัลบูมิน มีค่า IC50 เท่ากับ 3.05 และมีฤทธิ์ต้านการอักเสบในหลอดทดลองเป็น 0.15 เท่าของ Diclofenac diethylammonium และถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคโนโลยีสู่วิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ผลิตและแปรรูปแมคคาเดียเมียเขาค้อ และผู้สูงอายุในตำบลเข็กน้อย อ.เขาค้อ จ.เพชรบูรณ์ เพื่อพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนต่อไป
The innovative herbal gel for elderly knee pain contains macadamia shell charcoal, agricultural residues product aims is to develop herbal gel formulations containing ingredients from macadamia shell charcoal, study the anti-inflammatory effects of knee herbal poultice formulations and transfer the production technology of herbal gels containing macadamia shell charcoal to entrepreneurs and communities. The research design is experimental research. The results showed that all 3 herbal formulas extract, which contain herbs such as Plai, Turmeric, Ginger, Gloriosa, etc., has an anti-inflammatory effect by being able to inhibit the breakdown of albumin. Herbal extract formula 3, 1 and 2 had IC50 values at 7.39, 9.08, and 12.02, respectively, its anti-inflammatory activity in vitro was 0.06, 005, 0.04 times that of Diclofenac diethylammonium, respectively. The testing of anti-inflammatory effect of prototype products by using formula 3 was found to have the ability to inhibit the decomposition of albumin IC50 value at 3.05, and has an anti-inflammatory effect in vitro 0.15 times that of Diclofenac diethylammonium. Then transfer knowledge and technology to Khao Kho macadamia production and processing community Enterprise and the elderly in Khek Noi Subdistrict, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province, to develop further into community products.
