การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษา Polymarphism ของลายพิมพ์ดีเอ็นเอโดยใช้เครื่องหมายโมเลกุล ISSR ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่าไพรเมอร์ UBC-808 มีความเหมาะสมในการเพิ่มปริมาณดีเอ็นเอมีแถบดีเอ็นเอปรากฏทั้งหมด 57 โดยขนาดโมเลกุลอยู่ระหว่าง 200 bp – 950 bp แถบจากการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ทางพันธุกรรมของพันธุ์ทั้ง 11 ชนิด ผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงวิวัฒนาการพบว่ามีค่าประสิทธิภาพความเหมือนอยู่ในช่วง 0.63 ถึง 1.00 ความสัมพันธ์ของปลาซิวแถบดาและปลาซิวหนวดยาวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางพันธุกรรมใกล้เคียงกันมากที่สุด จากผลการทดลองสามารถแยกปลาซิวออกเป็น 2 กลุ่มใหญ่ และ 6 กลุ่มย่อยตามลาดับ ภายในกลุ่มที่ 1 แบ่งกลุ่มย่อยออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม คือ ปลาซิวเจ้าฟ้า ปลาซิวสามจุด ปลาซิวข้างขวานเล็ก ปลาซิวเพชรน้อย และ ปลาซิวหนู ซึ่งจะมีเพียง 2 กลุ่มที่มีความใกล้ชิดทางพันธุกรรม ได้แก่ ปลาซิวเจ้าฟ้า เทียบกับ ปลาซิวสามจุด และ ปลาซิวหางแดง เทียบกับ ปลาซิวหนู ที่ ภายในกลุ่มที่ 2 จะแบ่งกลุ่มย่อยออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ปลาซิวแถบดา ปลาซิวหนวดยาว ปลาซิวข้างขวานเล็ก ปลาซิวใบไผ่แถบขาว ปลาซิวหางกรรไกร ซึ่งทั้ง 2 กลุ่มจะมีความใกล้ชิดทางพันธุกรรมได้แก่ ปลาซิวแถบดา เทียบกับ ปลาซิวหนวดยาว และ ปลาซิวข้างขวานใหญ่ เทียบกับ ปลาซิวใบไผ่แถบขาว
The present study was to investigate the polymorphism of DNA fingerprints using the ISSR molecular marker. The results showed that the primer UBC-808 was suitable for increasing the DNA content with a total of 57 DNA bands present, with a molecular size ranging from 200. bp – 950 bp bands from the genetic correlation analysis of the 11 species. The results of the phylogenetic correlation study showed that the efficiency values were in the range of 0.63 to 1.00. The closest genetic ties from the experimental results, the minnows can be divided into 2 large groups and 6 subgroups, respectively. Within group 1, subgroups are divided into 4 groups, namely Chao Fa minnow, three-spot minnow, small ax minnow. Phet Noi minnow and mouse minnow, which are only 2 groups that are genetically close, namely Chao Fa minnow compared to the three-spot minnow and the red-tail minnow compared to the mouse minnow, which within the second group are divided into subgroups. They are divided into 2 groups, namely black-striped minnow, long-tentacled minnow. The small fish with ax White Bamboo Leaf Minced Fish The scissortail minnow, which both groups are genetically closely related, are the black band minnow compared to the long antennae minus and the big ax minnow compared to the white striped bamboo minnow.
