โครงการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนของฐานทรัพยากรและความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพด้วย การจัดสมดุลระหว่างการอนุรักษ์และการใช้ประโยชน์ เน้นการนำความรู้ เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ไปบริหารจัดการให้เกิดความสมดุลระหว่างการอนุรักษ์ และการใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อความยั่งยืนของฐานทรัพยากรและความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ ซึ่งเป็นทุนพื้นฐานต่อ การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจให้เติบโตเพื่อส่งต่อสู่คนรุ่นต่อไป รวมถึงส่งเสริมให้เกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนทัศนคติจากการมอง ว่า “Nature as Resource” เป็น “Nature as Source” ดังนั้น ธรรมชาติจึงไม่ใช่แค่เพียงทรัพยากรหรือ ปัจจัยการผลิตเท่านั้น แต่ธรรมชาติคือแหล่งกำเนิดของชีวิตและทุกสรรพสิ่งบนโลก เป็นพื้นฐานของความ เป็นอยู่ที่ดีของมนุษย์ ด้วยเหตุนี้ จึงต้องรักษาสมดุลระหว่างการมีอยู่และใช้ไป รวมถึงการนำกลับมาใช้ซ้ำตาม หลักการหมุนเวียน โดยมีแนวทางการดำเนินการ การพัฒนาคลังข้อมูลความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อการบริหารจัดการให้ เกิดความสมดุลระหว่างการอนุรักษ์และใช้ประโยชน์จากวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีด้านดีเอ็นเอ โครโมโซม และการหาดัชนีความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ รวมไปถึงการพัฒนารูปแบบการประเมินผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมสําหรับด้านชีวภาพและการเกษตรในเขตเมืองเพื่อให้เกิดการเฝ้าระวังทรัพยากรทางชีวภาพในท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
The objective of this research project is to create sustainability of the resource base and biodiversity by balancing conservation and utilization. The focus is on applying knowledge, technology, and innovation to manage and achieve a balance between conservation and utilization for the sustainability of the resource base and biodiversity, which are fundamental assets for economic growth and to pass on to future generations. The project also aims to promote a change in attitude from viewing "Nature as Resource" to "Nature as Source". Therefore, nature is not just a resource or factor of production, but the origin of life and everything on Earth, and the foundation of human well-being. For this reason, it is necessary to maintain a balance between existence and consumption, as well as reusing resources based on the principles of circulation. The implementation guidelines include The developing a database of biodiversity and culture for management to achieve a balance between conservation and utilization through science and technology in the fields of DNA, chromosomes, and finding biodiversity indices. Developing a model for assessing the environmental impact of biological and agricultural activities in urban areas to monitor local biological resources in Phetchabun Province.
