การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหินของกลุ่มเป้าหมายพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากด้วยกลไกประชารัฐจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการได้แก่ 1) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน และ 2) เพื่อถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน วิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัย การเตรียมแผ่นหนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหินด้วยวิธีการใช้เส้นใยกาบกล้วยหินบดรวมกับยางธรรมซาติ แปรปริมาณเยื่อกาบกล้วยหิน 0, 10, 20, 30, และ 40 phr ศึกษาสมบัติเชิงกลของแผ่นหนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน ออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน 3 รูปแบบ ศึกษาความพืงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน และการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย one - way ANOVA และ Least-Significant Difference (LSD)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการทดสอบสมบัติวัลคาไนซ์ของหนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน พบว่า ยางคอมปาวด์ผสมเส้นใยกาบกล้วยหินแสดงพฤติกรรมการวัลคาไนซ์ของยางที่มีต่อผลต่างของแรงบิดมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นตามสัดส่วนของเส้นใยกาบกล้วยหินที่เพิ่มขึ้น ทำให้เวลาในการสกุของยางหรือเวลาของการสกอซ (t.1) และเวลาการวัลคาไนซ์ (t๑a) ลดลงต่ำกว่ายางคอมปาวด์ที่ไม่มีการเติมเส้นใยผลของสมบัติเชิงกลของหนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน พบว่า ค่าความต้านทานต่อแรงดึง (Tensile strength) ค่าความสามารถในการยืดจนขาด (% Elongation at break) พบว่า มีค่าลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่องตามปริมาณของเส้นใยกาบกล้วยหิน ส่วนค่โมดูลัสที่ระยะยืด 100% และ 300% ค่าความต้านทานต่อการฉีกขาด (Tear Properties) ค่าการเสียรูปเนื่องจากการกด (Compression set) ค่าความแข็ง (Hardness) และค่าการสีกหรอ (Abrasion loss) พบว่า มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นตามปริมาณของเส้นใยกาบกล้วยหิน ผลการออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหินพบว่า การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์กระเป๋าเป็นรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมที่สุด ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์กระเป๋ าจำนวน 3 รูปแบบ คือ 1) รูปทรงกระเป๋าขนาดใหญ่ (Shopping Bag) 2) รูปทรงกระเป๋าขนาดกลาง (Trapeze Bag) และ 3) รูปทรงกระเป้าขนาดเล็ก (Semi-circle Clutch Bag) ผลความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมผู้บริโภคมีความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหินทุกรูปแบบในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจ พบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหินด้านรูปแบบและความสวยงาม รูปทรงกระเป๋าขนาดใหญ่ (Shopping Bag มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.49) รองลงมา คือ รูปแบบที่ 3 รูปทรงกระเป๋าขนาดเล็ก (Semi-cicle Clutch Bag) (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.37) และรูปแบบที่ 2 รูปทรงกระเป๋าขนาดกลาง (Trapeze Bag) (ค่เฉลี่ย 4.16) ตามลำดับ และค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจด้านประโยชน์การใช้งาน พบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน รูปแบบที่ 1 รูปทรงกระเป๋าขนาดใหญ่ (Shopping Bag) มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.53) รองลงมา คือ รูปแบบที่ 3 รูปทรงกระเป๋าขนาดเล็ก (Semi-circle Clutch Bag (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.36) และรูปแบบที่ 2 รูปทรงกระเป๋ าขนาดกลาง (Trapcze Bag) (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.33) ตามลำดับ การจัดโครงการอบรม เชิงปฏิบัติการ การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หนังเทียมจากกาบกล้วยหิน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมมีความคิดเห็นจากการเข้าร่วมโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในระดับเหมาะสมมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 9.41)
The Product Development Leatherette from Banana Pseudo-Stem of Musa sapientum Linn. of The Target Group to Develop the Grassroots Economic and Social Enterprise, Phetchabun Province. There are two objectives: 1) to design and develop leatherette products from Banana Pseudo-Stem and 2) to transfer technology in developing leatherette products from Banana Pseudo-Stem. Research methods Preparation of leatherette sheets from Banana Pseudo-Stem by using crushed banana pseudo-stem fibers combined with natural rubber. The amount of banana pseudo-stem pulp was varied to 0, 10, 20, 30, and 40 phr. The mechanical properties of Leatherette sheets from banana pseudo-stem were studied. Design and develop 3 types of leatherette products from banana pseudo-stem. Study consumer satisfaction with leatherette from banana pseudo-stem. and the transfer of knowledge on the development of leatherette products from banana pseudo-stem. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, one-way ANOVA, and Least-Significant Difference (LSD).
The research results found. The results of testing the vulcanization properties of leatherette from pseudo-stem found that the rubber compound mixed with banana pseudo-stem fibers shows the vulcanization behavior of the rubber with respect to the torque difference. There is a tendency to increase as the proportion of pseudo-stem fiber increases. Resulting in the time of the rubber or the time of scorching ts1) and the time of vulcanization (tc90) being lower than that of the rubber compound without the addition of fibers. The results of the mechanical properties of leatherette from banana fibers showed that the tensile strength and the elongation at break (% Elongation at break) values were found to continuously decrease according to the amount of banana fibers. The modulus value at 100% and 300% stretching distance. Tear properties, Compression set, Hardness and Abrasion loss were found to have a tenden to increase with the amount of banana fibers. The results of the design and development of leatherette products from banana found fibers that the development of leatherette bags from banana fibers is the most appropriate form. There are 3 types of bag products: 1) a large bag (Shopping Bag), 2) a medium-sized bag (Trapeze Bag), and 3) a small bag (Semi-circle Clutch Bag). The results of consumer satisfaction with leatherette products from banana fibers found that, overall, consumers were satisfied with all types of leatherette products from banana fibers at the highest level. When considering the average satisfaction rate, it was found that the leatherette products were in terms of style and beauty. The large bag shape (Shopping Bag) has the highest average satisfaction (mean 4.49), followed by the small bag shape (Semi-circle Clutch Bag) (mean 4.37) and medium sized bag shape (Trapeze Bag) (average 4.16) respectively, and the mean satisfaction regarding usability found that leatherette products from banana fibers, style 1, large bag shape (Shopping Bag) ) had the highest satisfaction mean (mean 4.53), followed by style 3, small bag shape (Semi-circle Clutch Bag) (mean 4.36) and style 2, medium size bag shape ( Trapeze Bag) (average 4.33) respectively, respectively, and organizing training projects Workshop Transferring knowledge on the development of leatherette products from banana fibers. It was found that overall, the training participants' opinions from participating in the workshop project were at a very appropriate level (average 4.41).
