งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตู้อบแห้งพริกแบบพับเก็บได้ ทดสอบสมรรถนะและประเมินความพึงพอใจตู้อบแห้งพริกแบบพับเก็บได้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมา จากผลการทดสอบสมรรถนะตู้อบแห้งแบบพับเก็บได้ พบว่าผลของเปอร์เซ็นต์น้ำหนักพริกที่หายไปเมื่อผ่านการอบแห้งโดยการใช้ตู้อบแบบพับเก็บได้มีค่ามากกกว่าการอบแห้งพริกด้วยวิธีตากแดด และระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการอบแห้งพริก โดยตั้งอุณหภูมิตู้อบไว้ที่ 70 องศาเซลเซียส ใช้เวลาในการอบแห้งเท่ากับ 11 ชั่วโมง โดยมีเปอร์เซ็นต์ความชื้นเท่ากับ 12.34% จากการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการอบแห้งพริกโดยวิธีการออกแบบการทดลองแบบ 2k Full factorial design พบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการอบแห้งพริกด้วยตู้อบแห้งพริกแบบพับเก็บได้ คือ อุณหภูมิตู้อบ และชนิดการเตรียมพริกก่อนอบ ซึ่งข้อมูลแต่ละปัจจัยมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% จากผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อตู้อบแห้งพริกแบบพับเก็บได้ พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจเท่ากับ 4.41 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.70 ระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมาก
The objective of this research is to develop of chili foldable cabinet dryer. The performance of the developed chili foldable cabinet dryer is tested and its user satisfaction is evaluated. From the results of the performance testing of the chili foldable cabinet dryer, it is evident that the percentage of weight loss of chili after undergoing drying using the foldable and portable drying oven is significantly higher than the weight loss observed through sun drying. The drying process is conducted at a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius for a duration of 11 hours, with a moisture content percentage of 12.34%. By studying the factors affecting chili pepper drying using the 2k Full Factorial Design experimental method, it has been determined that the pivotal factors influencing the drying process in the chili foldable cabinet dryer are the oven temperature and the pre-drying preparation method of the chilis. These individual factor data exhibit statistically significant differences at a confidence level of 95%. Based on the results of the user satisfaction assessment regarding the chili foldable cabinet dryer, the average user satisfaction score is found to be 4.41, with a standard deviation of 0.70. This satisfaction level corresponds to a highly satisfactory rating.
