| บทคัดย่อ |
งานวิจัยนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยวัตถุประสงค์การออกแบบและการสร้างเครื่องเด็ดก้านพริกเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพเครื่องเด็ดก้านพริก ผลการวิจัยพบว่าแบบเครื่องเด็ดก้านพริกโดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อนำองค์ความรู้ความสามารถที่นำไปใช้ต่อยอดได้ทั้งในเรื่องการศึกษาและวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตในการตัดก้านพริก โดยการออกแบบการทดลองแฟกทอเรียลเต็มรูปแบบสำหรับศึกษาปัจจัยที่สองระดับ( Full Factorial Design) จำนวนปัจจัยที่ศึกษาและทำการทดลองที่ตำแหน่งค่ากลาง (Center Point) 1 ครั้ง เพื่อทดสอบว่าสมการความสัมพันธ์ที่ได้จากการออกแบบการทดลองมีความเหมาะสมหรือไม่ ซึ้งจำนวนการทดลองมีทั้งหมด 12 ครั้ง ใช้พริกทั้งหมด 24 กิโลกรัมทดสอบรอบละ 2 กิโลกรัม การทดการออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องตัดก้านพริกพบว่า ผลทดสอบประสิทธิภาพการใช้เครื่องคือ ใบมีดชนิดที่ 1 ความเร็วรอบของมอเตอร์ 82 รอบ/นาที มีความเหมาะสมที่สุดโดยเวลาที่เหมาะสมที่สุดคือ 25 นาที ผลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องตัดก้านพริกคือ 1.567 กิโลกรัมและลดอาการแสบร้อนของผู้ปฏิบัติงานจากการสัมผัสพริกเมื่อเปรียบเทียบการทำงาน 1 คน ต่อ 1 เครื่อง ในเวลาเดียวกัน 1 คนคัดพริกได้ 7 กิโลกรัมหากใช้ตัวเครื่องตัดก้านพริกได้ถึง 8 กิโลกรัม

A total of 12 trials used all chili peppers A total of 24 kilograms were tested for 2 kilograms per cycle. The test design and construction of the chili stem cutting machine found that the test result of the efficiency of using the machine is blade type 1, motor speed 82 rpm is the most suitable, the optimal time is 25 minutes, the test result of the efficiency of the chili stem cutting machine is 1.545 kilograms and reduce the burning sensation of the operator from contact with chili peppers when comparing the work of 1 person per 1 machine.
