การศึกษาการพัฒนาแผ่นไม้ปาร์ติเกิลบอร์ดจากวัสดุเหลือทิ้งของกระบวนการแปรภาพโกโก้ โดยใช้น้ำยางพาราพรีวัลคาไนซ์ และผลผลิตจากครั่งเป็นตัวประสาน มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาอัตราส่วนผสมที่เหมาะสมระหว่างเปลือกโกโก้กับสารยึดติดจากน้ำยางพาราพรีวัลคาไนซ์ และเปลือกโกโก้กับเชลแล็ก (2) เพื่อศึกษาสมบัติทางกายภาพและสมบัติทางกล งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงทดลองโดยศึกษาอัตราส่วนผสมที่ต่างกันระหว่างเปลือกโกโก้กับสารยึดติดจากน้ำยางพาราพรีวัลคาไนซ์ และเปลือกโกโก้กับผลผลิตจากครั่ง โดยมีอัตราส่วน 10%, 20%, 30% 40% 50%และ 60% โดยน้ำหนัก ทำการทดสอบสมบัติทางกายภาพวัดค่า ความหนาแน่น ปริมาณความชื้น และการพองตัวตามความหนา และสมบัติทางกลวัดค่าความต้านแรงดึงตั้งฉากกับผิวหน้า และการวัดค่าความแข็งตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมแผ่นชิ้นไม้อัดชนิดอัดราบ (มอก.876-2547) พบว่าผลผลิตจากน้ำยางพาราพรีวัลคาไนซ์เป็นตัวประสานมีอัตราส่วนผสมที่ 60% และพบว่าผลผลิตจากครั่งเป็นตัวประสานมีอัตราส่วนที่ 40% ซึ่งเป็นอัตราส่วนที่มีสมบัติทางกายภาพและสมบัติทางกลอยู่ในช่วงเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดของมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกกรมแผ่นชิ้นไม้อัดชนิดอัดราบ (มอก.876-2547)



tudy on the development of particle board from cocoa processing waste. using pre-vulcanized para rubber and the product from lac as a binder the objectives (1) were to study the optimum mixing ratio between cocoa husks and binders from pre-vulcanized para rubber. and cocoa husks and shellacs (2) to study their physical and mechanical properties. This research was an experimental study to study the different mixture ratios between cocoa husks and binders from prevulcanized para rubber latex. and cocoa husks and lac products with a ratio of 10%, 20%, 30% 40% 50% and 60% by weight. Physical properties were tested to measure density, moisture content. and swelling according to the thickness and the mechanical properties measure the tensile strength perpendicular to the surface. and the measurement of hardness according to the standard of the plywood sheet industry standard (TIS. 876-2547) found that the ratio of product from prevulcanized para rubber as binder was 60% and found that the ratio of product from lac as binder was 40%, which was a ratio with physical properties and properties. The mechanical properties are within the range specified in the standard of the plywood sheet industry. (TIS.876-2547)
