การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อพัฒนานักยูทูปเบอร์กลุ่มเยาวชนชาติพันธุ์ม้งที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะสำคัญด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีและทักษะชีวิต 2. เพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมสื่อดิจิทัลของนักเรียนกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ม้ง ในการเผยแพร่วิถีชุมชนเซ็กน้อยโดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มที่ศึกษา คือ นักเรียนระดับขั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 6 ระดับชั้นละ 1 ห้อง ห้องละ 2 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบจำเพาะเจาะจง รวมทั้งสิ้น 34 คน และติดตามนักษาครูออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู จำนวน 2 คนผู้วิจัยใช้การเลือกอย่างเจาะจง และ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1.แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง 2.แบบประเมินชิ้นงานนวัตกรรมสื่อดิจิทัล และ 3.แบบประเมินสมรรถนะสำคัญด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีและทักษะชีวิตวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบการพัฒนานักยูทูปเบอร์ชุมชน แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ชั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1. การสำรวจค้นหา 2,การสร้าง 3. การสื่อสาร และ 4. การรักษา โดยนักเรียนมีการสร้างนวัตกรรมสื่อดิจิทัล ในด้านเนื้อหา มีเนื้อหาตรงประเด็นสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก (x̄ = 4.86.5.D. = 0.46) ในด้านภาษา มีภาษาที่ใช้อธิบายและสื่อความหมายเข้าใจได้ง่ายค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดี (x̄ = 4.48, 5.D. = 0.56) และในด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ มีการเผยแพร่วิถีชุมชนเซ็กน้อยได้อย่างน่าสนใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก (x̄ = 4.87, 5.D. = 0.57) นอกจากนี้ นักเรียนมีผลการประเมินสมรรถนะสำคัญด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีและทักษะชีวิตในการเผยแพร่วิถีชุมชนเซ็กน้อย ดังนี้ สมรรถนะสำคัญด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยี นักเรียนมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสื่อเทคโนโลยีที่นำมาใช้ได้อย่างถูกต้อง มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก (x̄ = 4.59, 5.D. = 0.57) ในด้านทักษะชีวิต มีการสร้างเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างบุคคล ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดี (x̄ = 4.57 S.D. = 0.57) และมีการปรับตัวให้ทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมและสภาพแวดล้อม มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก (x̄ = 4.57, S.D. = 0.49)
This research aimed to study 1. This research The objectives are 1. To develop a curriculum for the development of YouTubers among Hmong ethnic youth that promotes important competencies in using technology and life skills in spreading the Khek Noi community way of life. 2. To create digital media innovation for students of the Hmong ethnic group. in disseminating the Khek Noi community's way of life. Using a research and development model The study group was students in grades 1 - 6, 1 room per class, 2 students per room, which were obtained through specific selection, a total of 34 people, and followed student teachers to practice teaching professional experience, 2 people. The researcher used specific selection. Tools used include: 1. Semi-structured interview form. 2. Digital media innovation work evaluation form and 3. Important student competency assessment form in using technology and life skills. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. The research results found that Students create digital media innovations In terms of content The content is relevant and relevant to the objective. The overall average is at the very good level (x̄ = 4.86, S.D. = 0.46). In terms of language, there is language that is used to explain and convey meaning that is easy to understand. The overall average is at a good level (x̄ = 4.48, S.D. = 0.56). and in terms of benefits received There is an interesting dissemination of the Khek Noi community's way of life. The overall average is at the very good level (x̄ = 4.87, S.D. = 0.57).
