บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะบูรณาการกับการทำงานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการถ่ายทอดนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะบูรณาการกับการทำงานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูชั้นปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ จํานวน 50 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยวิธีการจับสลาก ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย คือ การวิจัยและพัฒนา เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ และแบบประเมินการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การประเมินความเหมาะสมและการหาประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และเปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจการจัดการเรียน ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน โดยใช้ t-test for Dependentและเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ หลังเรียนเทียบกับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 โดยใช้ t-test for One Sample
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การสร้างและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะบูรณาการกับการทำงาน พบว่าการวิเคราะห์ หลักสูตร การวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียน และการจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะบูรณาการกับการทำงาน ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.60 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.50 และนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะบูรณาการกับการทำงานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.74/82.19
2) การถ่ายทอดนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะบูรณาการกับการทำงานพบว่า (2.1) นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะบูรณาการกับการทำงานหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 (2.2)นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูมีสมรรถนะในการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะบูรณาการกับการทำงานหลังเรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01
The goals of this research piece are; (1) to develop novel approaches to competency-based learning management that are combined with activities that improve the competences of students practice teaching professional experience, and (2) to examine the outcomes of the integration of efforts to improve the competency of students practice teaching professional experience with the transfer of competency-based learning management innovation. The sample group consisted of 50 members of the Faculty of Education in Phetchabun Rajabhat University, third-year level pre-service student teaching practicum experience during the second semester of the academic year 2022, it is achieved by a straightforward lottery draw. Research and development are the approach used, and the instruments used in the study include knowledge exams, evaluations for drafting learning management plans, and interviews. The purpose of data analysis is to evaluate the appropriateness and efficacy of lesson plans, compare learning management knowledge and understanding, including pre- and post-learning, using the t-test for dependent, and compare the capacity to create a learning management plan after learning against the requirement of 80percent using the t-test for one sample.
The research showed that (1) developing innovative learning management strategies based on competency-based work was discovered to be linked with curriculum analysis, student analysis, and competency-based learning management systems, which is most suited in the level has a mean of 4.60 and a standard deviation of 0.50, the effectiveness of the work to improve the competency of students practice teaching professional experience was 81.74/82.19. Innovation in competency-based learning management blended with that effort, and (2) it was discovered that the transfer of innovation in learning management on competency-based integration with work was; (2.1) at the statistical significance level of.01, students practice teaching professional experience had knowledge and comprehension in creating a competency-based learning management plan linked with work after learning that was higher than before learning, and (2.2) competency in creating learning management competency-based integration with work after learning exceeded the requirement of 80 percent with statistical significance at the.01 level during students practice teaching professional experience.
