งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งออกแบบและสร้างเทคโนโลยีเครื่องกรีดกะลาแมคคาเดเมียแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติ เพื่อศึกษาตัวแปรที่เหมาะสมในการกรีดกะลาแมคคาเดเมีย และนำไปถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีให้กับวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มผู้ผลิตและแปรรูปมะคาเดเมียเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จากการทดลอง พบว่า การออกแบบลักษณะของใบมีดมีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งส่งผลต่อร่องของการตัด จากการทดลองตัดเฉือนกะลาแมคคาเดเมีย ตัวแปรที่ทำให้ลักษณะทางกายภาพของการตัดเฉือนมีคุณภาพเนื้อที่สมบูรณ์ที่สุด คือ ที่การใช้ใบมีดตัดที่มีจำนวนฟัน 30 ฟัน และการคัดขนาดของกะลาแมคคาเดเมียที่ขนาดกลาง ซึ่งมีค่าลักษณะทางกายภาพของการตัดเฉือนอยู่ที่ 96% และผลจากการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เทคโนโลยีเครื่องกรีดกะลาแมคคาเดเมียแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติให้กับวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มผู้ผลิตและแปรรูปมะคาเดเมียเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมเฉลี่ย 4.21 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.64 มีค่าคะแนนอยู่ในระดับมาก อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อสรุปโดยภาพรวมของการประเมินการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ไม่มีข้อที่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์จากตัวชี้วัดของโครงการ (Key Results : KRs) ที่กำหนดไว้
This research aims to design and create a technology for a semi-automatic macadamia shell tapping machine. To study appropriate parameters for tapping macadamia husks. and transfer the technology to community enterprises in the Khao Kho Macadamia Producing and Processing Group. Phetchabun Province. From the experiment, it was found that the design of the blade characteristics is very important. which affects the cutting groove From an experiment in cutting macadamia nuts. The parameters that make the physical characteristics of the machining process have the most perfect quality are the use of a cutting blade with 30 teeth and the selection of medium-sized macadamia shells. which has a physical characteristic value of machining at 96% and the result of transferring knowledge of semi-automatic macadamia shell tapping machine technology to the community enterprise of the Khao Kho Macadamia Producing and Processing Group.
