การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอะโวคาโด อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนผันแปรที่มีต่อต้นทุนรวมในการปลูกอะโวคาโด ของเกษตรกร อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลตอบแทนของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอะโวคาโด ในเขตพื้นที่ อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยเก็บรวบรวมจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 85 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าเกษตรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุอยู่ในช่วงระหว่าง 41 – 50 ปี ใช้เวลาปลูกอะโวคาโด 4 – 8 ปี มีพื้นที่เพาะปลูกน้อยกว่า 5 ไร่ การได้มาของพันธุ์อะโวคาโดส่วนใหญ่ขยายพันธุ์เอง เกษตรกร มีต้นทุนทั้งหมด 19,452.87 บาทต่อไร่ โดยแบ่งเป็นต้นทุนคงที่จำนวน 5,849.55 บาทต่อไร่ และต้นทุนผันแปร จำนวน 13,603.32 บาทต่อไร่ โดยต้นทุนคงที่ส่วนใหญ่ คือ ค่าเสื่อมราคาอุปกรณ์การเกษตร และต้นทุนผันแปรส่วนใหญ่ คือ ค่าเสียบเป็นต้นพันธุ์ จำนวน 4,500 บาทต่อไร่ รองลงมา คือ ค่าแรงงาน จำนวน 4,195.38 บาทต่อไร่ ระยะเวลาคืนทุนในการปลูกอาโวคาโด อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เกษตรกรสามารถเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตได้ในช่วงปีที่ 4 ดังนั้นระยะเวลาคืนทุนอยู่ที่ 4 ปี 3 เดือน 7 วัน ต้นทุนผันแปรที่มีผลกระทบต่อต้นทุนรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 ได้แก่ ค่าแรงงานและค่าปัจจัยในการปลูกอะโวคาโด และอัตราผลตอบแทนต่อต้นทุนผลิตต่อไร่อยู่ที่ ร้อยละ 77.71 อัตราผลตอบแทนยอดขายเฉลี่ยต่อไร่อยู่ที่ ร้อยละ 43.73 และอัตราผลตอบแทนการลงทุน (ROI) อยู่ที่ ร้อยละ 160.88
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the cost of avocado growing by agriculturists in Khao Kho, District, Phetchabun Province 2) study the impact of variable costs on the total cost of avocado production of farmers in Khao Kho, District, Phetchabun Province and 3) study the revenue of avocado agriculturists in Khao Kho, District, Phetchabun Province. 85 samples were collected from simple random sampling. Use the questionnaire for data collection. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage and mean.
The results show that most agriculturists are male, between the ages of 41 - 50 years, have grown between 4 - 8 years, use an area of less than 5 rai. Most avocado cultivars are self-propagated. The agriculturists have a total cost of 19,452.87 baht per rai, which is divided into fixed costs 5,849.55 baht per rai and variable costs 13,603.32 baht per rai. Most of the fixed costs are depreciation of agricultural equipment. And most of the variable cost is the cost of plugging as a breeding plant of 4,500 baht per rai. Followed by the labor cost of 4,195.38 baht per rai. Payback period for growing avocado, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province. Farmers can harvest their produce during the 4th year, so the payback period is 4 years 3 months 7 days. The variable costs that affect the total cost with significant 0.01, such as labor costs and factors in growing avocados. The yield on cost of production per rai was 77.71%, the average return on sales per rai was 43.73% and the return on investment (ROI) was 160.88%.
