| บทคัดย่อ |
วัตถุประสงค์ในการทำวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือที่ช่วยในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลของกลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่ลงทะเบียนเข้ารับการรักษาในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และสนับสนุนการดูแล การติดตามอาการของกลุ่มผู้ป่วย โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มเสี่ยง ให้ได้รับการรักษาที่บ้านและในชุมชนได้อย่างทันเวลาและอย่างต่อเนื่อง
อีกทั้งระบบยังเชื่อมโยงหน่วยบริการทั้งหมดทั้งกลุ่ม CI และ HI หรือโรงพยาบาลสนามทุกหน่วยบริการเข้ามาใช้ฐานข้อมูลร่วมกันเป็นดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ของจังหวัด เพื่อให้สามารถมอนิเตอร์ข้อมูลได้ทั่วถึงทุกพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของทีมแพทย์
ทั้งนี้ ข้อสมมุติฐานของงานวิจัย “ระบบ CI System ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ ตอบโจทก์ผู้ใช้งาน และผู้ใช้งานระบบมีความพึงพอใจกับเครื่องมืออยู่ในระดับมากขึ้นไป” และจากการพิจารณาผลการประเมินระบบในภาพรวมพบว่า ผู้ใช้งานระบบมีความพึงพอใจ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x̄ =4.54) ทำให้เห็นว่าข้อสมมุติฐานของงานวิจัยนี้ข้างต้นนั้นเป็นจริง
Purpose of this research to develop a tool to help manage information of patients registered for treatment in Phetchabun Province. To support care Follow-up of the symptoms of the patient group especially the risk group to receive treatment at home and in the community in a timely and continuous manner
The system also connects all service units, both Community Isolation (CI) and Home Isolation (HI) groups and field hospitals. All service units come to use the database together as a provincial data center. in order to be able to monitor information throughout all areas of the medical team's responsibility.
The hypothesis of the research, “The developed CI System is efficient respond to user complaints and users of the system are satisfied with the tool at a higher level.” And considering the overall system evaluation results, it was found that Users of the system are satisfied. Overall, it was at the highest level ( x̄ = 4.54), showing that the assumptions of this research above were true.
