การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจของพืชที่เป็นแหล่งอาหารปลอดภัย ในพื้นที่ป่าชุมชนโนนชาติ ตำบลหลักด่าน อำเภอน้ำหนาว จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เพื่อสะท้อนมูลค่าที่ชุมชนได้ใช้ประโยชน์โดยตรงจากพืชอาหารโดยการนำมาบริโภค และจำหน่ายเป็นรายได้เสริมภายในครัวเรือน ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้รวบรวมข้อมูลการใช้ประโยชน์และประเมินมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจของพืชอาหารที่ชุมชนเก็บหา โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มกรรมการดูแลป่าชุมชน กลุ่มผู้ใช้ประโยชน์ และจากข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่ได้มีการรวบรวมไว้ก่อนหน้า ร่วมกับวิธีการวางแปลงสำรวจความหลากหลายของพืชอาหาร ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พืชที่เป็นอาหารของชุมชน ทั้งหมด 19 ชนิด โดยมูลค่ารวมของการเก็บหาพืชอาหารในป่าชุมชนโนนชาติ มีมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมจากทรัพยากรในระบบนิเวศป่าชุมชนโนนชาติเฉพาะพืชที่นำมาเป็นอาหาร เท่ากับ 4,319,700 บาทต่อปี คิดเป็นมูลค่าเฉลี่ยต่อครัวเรือน 32,725 บาท/ปี
This research was aimed to assess economic value of plants that are food safety of Non Chad community forest, Luk Dan sub-district, Nam Nao district in Phetchabun. To be reflects the direct-used value from plants that are food safety by using them for consumption and sold as supplementary income within the household. Collecting data on utilization and economic valuation of plants by interviews with community forest committees, user group and secondary data together with the method of plotting to explore the diversity of plants. The results revealed that 19 species of food plants in the community were for consumption and distribution. The total economic value was 4,319,700 Bath per year or 32,725 Bath per household per year.
