การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบทการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรแนวใหม่บนพื้นฐานการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) ศึกษากระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรแนวใหม่บนพื้นฐานการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 3) ประเมินและยืนยันรูปแบบการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรแนวใหม่บนพื้นฐานการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และ 4) นำเสนอนวัตกรรมการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรแนวใหม่บนพื้นฐานการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
 
ผลการศึกษาบริบทชุมชนต้นแบบทุกแห่งมีอัตลักษณ์ของแต่ละพื้นที่ เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมและส่งเสริมกิจกรรมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ สำหรับแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรแนวใหม่ของชุมชนบ้านหนองแม่นา ควรเริ่มจากกลุ่มผู้นำ และให้สมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาเพื่อนำไปสู่ความยั่งยืน โดยการเปิดเวทีชาวบ้าน ประชุมสร้างเครือข่าย และประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ก่อให้เกิดการรวมกลุ่มคณะกรรมการการท่องเที่ยว นำไปสู่การแบ่งส่วนงานออกเป็น 5 ฝ่าย ได้แก่ ฝ่ายฐานการเรียนรู้ ฝ่ายมัคคุเทศก์ ฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ ฝ่ายอาหาร และสินค้าที่ระลึก ฝ่ายที่พัก และยานพาหนะ รวมทั้งร่วมจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการการท่องเที่ยวทำให้เกิดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรแนวใหม่ขึ้น และประเมินผลการจัดท่องเที่ยวนำร่องเพื่อตรวจยืนยันถึงผลสะท้อนที่เกิดขึ้น ซึ่งในท้ายสุดได้รูปแบบ “Every Green Model” ซึ่งเป็นรูปแบบการจัดการพื้นที่การท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรโดยการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับกลุ่มสมาชิกและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องบนฐานการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างมีคุณค่าตามบริบทของชุมชน เพื่อความยั่งยืนต่อการนำไปใช้สร้างประโยชน์ให้กับชุมชนบ้านหนองแม่นา



This research is a participatory action research. The objectives were to 1) study the context of a new agro-tourism management based on community participation in Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province; 2) Study the process of participation in the development of a new agro-tourism management model based on community participation, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province. 3) Evaluate and confirm the new agro-tourism management model based on community participation. community participation in Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province, and 4) Present a new agro-tourism management innovation based on community participation in Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province.
 
The results of the study of all model community contexts have the identity of each area. Focus on participation and promotion of activities for learning. for a new agro-tourism development approach of Ban Nong Mae Na community It should start from the leader group. and allow members to participate in development leading to sustainability by opening the stage for villagers networking meeting and workshop causing the integration of the Tourism Board leading to the division of work into 5 divisions, namely the learning base division guide Public relations department Food and souvenir department Accommodation and vehicles department as well as participating in the preparation of the tourism action plan resulting in a new agro-tourism management workshop. and evaluating the results of the pilot tours to verify the results In the end, we got the “Every Green Model”, which is a model for managing agro-tourism areas by creating a network of cooperation with members and related agencies based on the valuable use of resources according to the community context. for sustainability for use to create benefits for Ban Nong Mae Na community.
