| บทคัดย่อ |
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องอบไล่ความชื้นกระบอกข้าวหลามสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตข้าวหลามในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ และประเมินความพึงพอใจเครื่องอบไล่ความชื้นกระบอกข้าวหลามสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตข้าวหลามในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 3) เพื่อถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีเครื่องอบไล่ความชื้นกระบอกข้าวหลามสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตข้าวหลามในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องอบไล่ความชื้นกระบอกข้าวหลามสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตข้าวหลามตั้งค่าความชื้น ไว้ที่ 20 เปอร์เซ็นต์ พัดลมดูดความชื้นทำงานปกติ พัดลมดูดความชื้นจะทำงานที่ 25 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เครื่องทำงานปกติ การทดสอบอุณหภูมิ ตั้งค่าอุณหภูมิไว้ที่ 70 องศาเซลเซียส แมกเนติกคอนแทกเตอร์ทำงาน แมกเนติกคอนแทกเตอร์จะทำงานที่ 65 องศาเซลเซียส เครื่องทำงานปกติในการทดสอบสมรรถนะของชุดควบคุมอุณหภูมิ และชุดควบคุมความชื้นเครื่องอบไล่ความชื้นกระบอกข้าวหลามสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตข้าวหลามทำงานปกติ ตามวัตถุประสงค์ การประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และประเมินความพึงพอใจของเครื่องอบไล่ความชื้นกระบอกข้าวหลามสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตข้าวหลาม โดยผู้ใช้เครื่องการประเมินความพึงพอใจของเครื่องอบไล่ความชื้นกระบอกข้าวหลามสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตข้าวหลามของวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มผู้ผลิตข้าวหลาม จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ใช้การประเมินคุณภาพ 2 ด้าน ผลสรุปในการประเมินในแต่ละด้าน คือ ด้านรูปแบบ ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยทั้งหมด 4.55 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ ดีมาก ด้านการใช้งาน ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยทั้งหมด 4.65 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ ดีมาก และผลรวมค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.60 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ ดีมาก
This research has purposes 1) To design and construct a cylindrical dryer for the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints production process in Phetchabun Province. 2) To test its efficiency and to evaluate the satisfaction the cylinder of the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints dehumidifier for the production of the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints in Phetchabun Province. 3) To transfer the technology the cylinder of the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints dehumidifier for the production of the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints in Phetchabun Province. Designed and built a cylinder dehumidifier for the production process of the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints. Humidity is set at 20 percent. The dehumidifier fan works normally. The dehumidifier fan will run at 25 percent. The machine is working normally temperature test. The temperature is set to 70 degrees Celsius, the magnetic contactor operates. The magnetic contactor operates at 65 degrees Celsius. The unit operates normally in the performance test of the temperature control unit. And the moisture control set, the cylindrical dryer for the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints production process is working normally. By purpose performance assessment and to assess the satisfaction of the cylindrical dehumidifier dryer for the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints production process. By user satisfaction evaluation of cylindrical dryer for the glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints production process of community enterprise. The glutinous rice roasted in bamboo joints producer group Phetchabun Province two aspects of quality assessment were used. The results of the assessment in each aspect were the format aspect, all averages were obtained 4.55 in criteria very good. Usability all averages were 4.65, in criteria very good, and the total averages were 4.60 in criteria very good.
