การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการให้บริการทางการแพทย์สำหรับวัคซีนเด็กด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

วัตถุประสงค์ในการทำวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการให้บริการ และการสร้างนวัตกรรมด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กร ตลอดจนการสร้างช่องทางการเข้าถึงการให้บริการทางการแพทย์ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ได้ ผู้วิจัยและทีมงานได้ลงพื้นที่ร่วมกับทีมแพทย์ พยาบาล และนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข ตลอดจนอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ได้ทราบถึงปัญหา และความต้องการเร่งด่วนในการปรับรูปแบบการให้บริการ ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 เพื่อลดความแออัดของผู้รับบริการ จึงได้นำเอาแนวคิดการจัดการนวัตกรรมการให้บริการ มาปรับใช้คู่กับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และการสื่อสารข้อมูลยุค 4จี (4G) ทำให้เกิดการยอมรับ และความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการ
 
ทั้งนี้ ข้อสมมุติฐานของงานวิจัย “นวัตกรรมด้านการบริหารจัดการที่พัฒนาขึ้น สามารถสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้รับบริการและบุคลากรสาธารณสุข อยู่ในระดับมากขึ้นไป” และจากการพิจารณาผลการประเมินระบบในภาพรวมพบว่า ผู้ใช้งานระบบมีความพึงพอใจ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ =3.82) ทำให้เห็นว่าข้อสมมุติฐานของงานวิจัยนี้ข้างต้นนั้นเป็นจริง



The purpose of this research was to develop a service model and innovation in organizational management and to create access channels for medical services through online systems. The researcher and team went to the area together with a team of doctors, nurses and public health academics. As well as the village health volunteers were aware of the problem and the urgent need to adjust the service model In the situation of the epidemic of the corona virus 2019. To reduce the congestion of service recipients. Therefore, the concept of service innovation management has been adopted. to be applied in conjunction with digital technology and data communication in the 4G has led to acceptance and satisfaction with service.
 
This research hypothesis was “Developed management innovations can create higher levels of satisfaction for service users and public health personnel.” and from considering the results of the system evaluation, it was found that System users are satisfied. Overall, it was at a high level ( x̄ =3.82). That was indicating that the hypothesis of this research above is true.
