การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็น 2) สร้างหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรรายวิชา 4) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงยึดเหนี่ยวทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัย และ5) ประเมินหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ดำเนินการวิจัยตามระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research & Development: R&D) 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารจัดการตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงยึดเหนี่ยวทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัยสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 กิจกรรม 1) ศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) สัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการตนเองและหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 43 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีค่า IOC. (Index of item objective - congruence) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.6-1.0 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์แบบสรุปอุปนัย (Analytic Induction) 3) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความตรงกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน ที่โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.6-1.0 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สังเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการสรุปอุปนัย ระยะที่ 2 เพื่อสร้างหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ดำเนินงานงานวิจัย 2 กิจกรรมคือ 1) วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากระยะที่ 1 เพื่อสร้างหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 2) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความตรงโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน โดยใช้การสนทนากลุ่มด้วยประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่มเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นด้วยประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่มที่ มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.6-1.0 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สังเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการสรุปอุปนัย ระยะที่ 3 เพื่อทดลองใช้หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 และเปรียบเทียบระดับแรงยึดเหนี่ยวทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัยของผู้เรียนก่อนและหลังใช้หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ดำเนินการวิจัย 2 กิจกรรม คือ 1) พัฒนาการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ในสถานศึกษากับครูที่จัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนที่จัดการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 4 โรงเรียน 30 คน ด้วยเครื่องมือที่ 2 ชนิด คือ 1) หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 และเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ที่มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.6-1.0 โดยใช้การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และครูนำหลักสูตรไปทดลองใช้กับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 100 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือ 3 ชนิด คือ 1. หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) = 83.61/86.10 2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการพัฒนา เรื่อง การบริหารจัดการตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงยึดเหนี่ยวทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัยสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 3) แบบประเมินระดับแรงยึดเหนี่ยวทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัยของผู้เรียนก่อนและหลังใช้หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ระยะที่ 4 เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ตามกรอบแนวคิดของประเมินของ CIPP ครูและนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 106 คน ด้วยแบบประเมินหลักสูตรสหวิทยาการ เรื่อง องค์ความรู้บูรณาการวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมอย่างมีคุณภาพของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 ตามรูปแบบ CIPP ที่มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.6-1.0 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. การบริหารจัดการตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงยึดเหนี่ยวทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัยสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีความจำเป็นอย่างมากที่ต้องพัฒนาหรือจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อกระตุ้นให้นักเรียนในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีเพิ่มขึ้น ทั้ง 11 ข้อ
สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพมีความจำเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากสภาพครอบครัวมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามกระแสโลกอย่างรวดเร็ว ส่งผลต่อความสุขในครอบครัว ซึ่งความสุขในครอบครัวล้วนเกิดจากพฤติกรรมของสมาชิกในครอบครัว ซึ่งหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรมยังมีเนื้อหาสาระที่เกี่ยวข้องน้อยและยังไม่เน้นการปฏิบัติอย่างจริงจังเป็นเพียงการเรียนรู้ที่วัดผลจากความรู้ ดังนั้นจึงจำเป็นต้องสร้างหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมมาเสริมความรู้จากสาระการเรียนรู้แกนกลาง โดยเน้นที่พฤติกรรม และการประพฤติปฏิบัติจริงของนักเรียนต่อผู้สูงอายุในครอบครัว
2. หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ ชื่อหลักสูตร รหัสวิชา ชั้น กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ หน่วยกิต เวลา ความนำ วิสัยทัศน์ หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย สมรรถนะสำคัญของผู้เรียน คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ โครงสร้าง คำอธิบายรายวิชา ผลการเรียนรู้ ขอบข่ายเนื้อหา เวลาเรียน แนวการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อ/แหล่งเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล พร้อมทั้งเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร โดยกำหนด รหัสวิชา ส10203 รายวิชา สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 หรือ 2 จำนวนหน่วยกิต 0.5 หน่วยกิต จำนวนชั่วโมง 20 ชั่วโมง
3. ผลการทดลองใช้ พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 อยู่ในระดับมาก
หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ มีประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 83.61/86.10 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ คือ 80/80
4. การบริหารจัดการตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงยึดเหนี่ยวทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัยของผู้เรียนก่อนและหลังฯ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 หลังใช้หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สูงกว่าก่อนใช้หลักสูตรอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.00

5. ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง สหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในสังคมสูงวัยอย่างมีคุณภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก

The results of the research found that:
