งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยคือเพื่อส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ในการสร้างอาชีพให้กับผู้สูงอายุในท้องถิ่น และเพื่อเสริมสร้างรูปแบบในการสร้างอาชีพให้กับผู้สูงอายุในท้องถิ่นโดยที่คณะผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาเอกสาร ตำราที่เกี่ยวข้อง อีกทั้งดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยเป็นการจัดโครงการในพื้นที่ให้กับประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลบรรยายเชิงพรรณนาให้เห็นแนวคิดการพัฒนาเพื่อกระบวนการเสริมสร้างรูปแบบในการสร้างอาชีพให้กับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนพื้นที่ ตำบลวังศาล อำเภอวังโป่ง จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์โดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์บรรยายเชิงพรรณนาโดยการจัดกิจกรรมกลุ่มเพื่อโดยการจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมผู้สูงอายุในท้องถิ่นเพื่อสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้และสร้างรูปแบบในการสร้างอาชีพเพื่อส่งเสริมและต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และกิจกรรมให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเพื่อเสริมสร้างสิทธิให้กับผู้สูงอายุในท้องถิ่น จากการที่ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมจากการจัดกิจกรรม มีผลการวิจัยดังนี้ คือผู้สูงอายุมีความรู้ความเข้าใจกับคำว่ากระบวนการเรียนรู้อยู่บ้าง ผู้วิจัยจึงมีการบรรยายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเพิ่มเติมให้ โดยให้คำนิยามเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการเรียนรู้ และการเสริมสร้างอาชีพให้กับผู้สูงอายุเพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุนำไปประกอบอาชีพได้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ส่วนของการเสริมสร้างสิทธิของผู้สูงอายุผู้วิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มประชากรให้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิผู้สูงอายุมากขึ้น มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิของตนเองเพิ่มมากขึ้น จากการบรรยายของของผู้วิจัย สิทธิที่ผู้สูงอายุให้ความสนใจและให้ความสำคัญ เป็นเรื่องด้านการช่วยเหลือเงินเบี้ยยังชีพ โดยต้องการเบี้ยยังชีพในจำนวนที่มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบันที่ผู้สูงอายุไม่สามารถยังชีพได้ด้วยจำนวนเบี้ยยังชีพ
