งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาตัวบทที่ประกอบสร้างในวาทกรรมทางการเมืองของ Donald Trump 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิถีปฏิบัติทางวาทกรรมทางการเมืองของ Donald Trump และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาวิถีปฏิบัติทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองในวาทกรรมของ Donald ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือวาทกรรมทางการเมืองของ Donald Trump จำนวน 20 วาทกรรม ตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 มกราคม 2019 ถึงวันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2020 จาก Famous Presidential Speeches ของ Miller Center เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ทฤษฎีการวิเคราะห์ตัวบทของ Locke & Simpson (2013) ทฤษฎีวิเคราะห์วิถีปฏิบัติทางวาทกรรมของ Chilton & Schäffner (1997) และทฤษฎีวิเคราะห์วิถีปฏิบัติทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของ อรวรรณ ปิลันธ์โอวาท (2546) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ตัวบทที่ประกอบสร้างในวาทกรรมทางการเมืองของ Donald Trump พบมากที่สุดคือ Metaphors (อุปลักษณ์) จำนวน 54 ประโยค Active voice (กรรมวาจก) จำนวน 4,935 ประโยค Simple sentence (เอกัตถประโยค) จำนวน 3,375 ประโยค Subjective pronouns (สรรพนามรูปประธาน) จำนวน 6,111 คำ Quotation (ประโยคคำพูด) จำนวน 304 ประโยค และ Connectives (คำเชื่อม) จำนวน 152 คำ/วลี 2) วิถีปฏิบัติทางวาทกรรมทางการเมืองของ Donald Trump พบมากที่สุด คือ Legitimization (การทำให้ชอบธรรม) จำนวน 11 ชุด Expressive (การแสดงออกทางความคิด) จำนวน 11 ชุด และ 3) วิถีปฏิบัติทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองของ Donald Trump พบมากที่สุด Social issues (ประเด็นทางสังคม) จำนวน 4 ชุด Economic issues (ประเด็นทางเศรษฐกิจ) จำนวน 4 ชุด และ Political issues (ประเด็นทางการเมือง) จำนวน 3 ชุด
The recent study aimed to 1) discover the texts of discourses on the political speeches of Donald Trump, 2) determine the discourse practices on the political speeches of Donald Trump and 3) examine the socio-cultural practices on the political speeches of Donald Trump. The samples were 20 political speeches of Donald Trump on Famous Presidential Speeches of Miller Center from January 19, 2019 to July 4, 2020. The research instruments were the analytical theories including Locke & Simpson's (2013) text analysis, Chilton & Schäffner's (1997) discourse practice analysis and Orawan Pilun-Owad's (B.E. 2546) socio-cultural practice analysis. The results were found that 1) 54 sentences of metaphors, 4,935 sentences of active voice, 3,375 sentences of simple sentence, 6,111 words of subjective pronouns, 304 sentences of quotation, and 152 words/phases of connectives were the most commonly used on the political speeches of Donald Trump, 2) 11 speeches expressing legitimations as the mostly common political discourse and 11 speeches showing the expressive communication as the mostly common communicative goals were found in discourse analysis on the political speeches of Donald Trump, and 3) 4 speeches about social issues, 4 speeches about economic issues and 3 speeches about political issues were mainly found in socio-cultural practices on the political speeches of Donald Trump.
