การพัฒนาทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพทางภาษาสำหรับกำลังคนที่จะไปทำงานต่างประเทศ

Development of Japanese Skills for the Language Potential Enhancing of the Work Abroad Manpower

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นงานวิจัย มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่อการสื่อสาร และเพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพทางภาษาสำหรับกาลังคนที่จะไปทางานต่างประเทศในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน มี 1 ชุด ใช้ทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน คือ Paper test เป็นข้อสอบแบบปรนัย จำนวน 30 ข้อ และแบบสอบถามความสนใจของกาลังคนที่จะไปทางานต่างประเทศในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1.ข้อมูลความสนใจของกำลังคนที่จะไปทางานต่างประเทศในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีความคิดเห็นต่อความสาคัญของภาษาญี่ปุ่นที่ความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทและความสำคัญของภาษาญี่ปุ่นในไปทำงานต่างประเทศอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.81, S.D. = 0.89)
2.ความสามารถทางภาษาญี่ปุ่นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างก่อนหลังการศึกษาเนื้อหาภาษาญี่ปุ่นแบบออนไลน์ จำนวน 6 เรื่อง คะแนนเฉลี่ยทดสอบความสามารถทางภาษาญี่ปุ่นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างก่อนหลังการศึกษาเนื้อหาภาษาญี่ปุ่นแบบออนไลน์ เท่ากับ 50.89 คะแนน ซึ่งสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนก่อนการศึกษาเนื้อหาภาษาญี่ปุ่น จำนวน 6 เรื่อง ที่มีค่า เท่ากับ 24.23 คะแนน และคะแนนผลต่างเฉลี่ยระหว่างหลังและก่อนการศึกษาเนื้อหาภาษาญี่ปุ่น จำนวน 6 เรื่อง เท่ากับ 26.66 คะแนน (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.01 ) แสดงว่า ความรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น สูงกว่าก่อนการศึกษาเนื้อหาภาษาญี่ปุ่น จานวน 6 เรื่อง อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01


This research aims to improve Japanese language skills for communication and the language potential enhancing of the work abroad manpower in Phetchabun province, amount of 15 people. The research instruments were 1 test set to test before and after studying. Paper test is a 30-multiple-choice test and a questionnaire about the work abroad manpower in Phetchabun province.

The results of the research showed that
1.Interest information of the work abroad manpower in Phetchabun province. There are opinionsabout the importance of the Japanese language in which the opinions on the roles and importance of the Japanese language to work in foreign countries are at a high level ( x̄ = 3.81, S.D. = 0.89).
2.Japanese language ability of the sample group before studying the Japanese language onlinecontent, consisting of 6 subjects. The average score of the Japanese language proficiency test of the sample group before the study of Japanese online content was 50.89 points, which is higher than the average of the 6 points before the study of Japanese language content which is equal to 24.23 points and the average difference between the after and before the study of the 6 Japanese content equals 26.66 points (Sig. = 0.000 <0.01) indicating that the knowledge of Japanese higher than before the study of Japanese content of 6 items with statistical significance of 0.01.
