งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทด้านการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนบ้านห้วยหญ้าเครือ อำเภอน้ำหนาว จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ (2) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมด้านการท่องเที่ยวของคนในชุมชนบ้านห้วยหญ้าเครือ และ(3) เพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนชุมชนบ้านห้วยหญ้าเครือ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลด้านเอกสาร การสังเกต และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก โดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ผู้นำชุมชนและผู้นำกลุ่มท่องเที่ยว คนในชุมชนบ้านห้วยหญ้าเครือ ผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่อำเภอน้ำหนาว และนักท่องเที่ยว
ผู้วิจัยใช้แนวคิดการจัดการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนในประเด็นส้าคัญ 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านทรัพยากรท่องเที่ยว ด้านการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม และวัฒนธรรม ด้านธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว ด้านการตลาดการท่องเที่ยว ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนท้องถิ่น และด้านจิตสำนึกของชุมชนท้องถิ่น พบว่า ชุมชนบ้านห้วยหญ้าเครือ มีความโดดเด่นในด้านทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติ โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักทั้ง 5 กลุ่ม มีความเห็นสอดคล้องและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนของชุมชนฯ ซึ่งจะต้องคำนึงการพัฒนากิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวที่มีส่วนช่วยอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยว สร้างจิตสำนึกที่ดี และประสบการณ์ที่มีคุณค่าแก่นักท่องเที่ยว และจะต้องคงไว้ซึ่งเอกลักษณ์ของชุมชนฯ ทั้งนี้การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทั้งหมด เป็นกระบวนการสำคัญที่จะนำไปสู่การท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนได้สำเร็จ
This study aims to; 1) to study the context of tourism community for Huai Ya Khruea community, 2) to study the participation of the host Ban Huai Ya Krua community, and 3) to study sustainable tourism development guidelines for Huai Ya Khruea community. The researcher used a Qualitative Research, collected data by a study documents, participant observations and In-depth interview. The key information of the survey was applied to representatives who were government officers, community leader, the local community, tourism business entrepreneurs, and Thai tourists.
The researcher used of sustainable tourism management into 6 issues, which were tourism resources, conservation in natural and cultural, tourism business, tourism marketing, the local participation, and the local awareness. Research has found that Ban Huai Ya Krua community is the outstanding of nature tourism resource. The representatives agree on the sustainable tourism development of the community which are considered to development of tourism activities that help conserve tourism resources, to create a good awareness, a valuable experiences for tourist, and maintain the identity of the community also. With the participation of the local community and all stakeholders which are the important process that leads to successful sustainable tourism.
