การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ และปัญหาต่อการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเพชรบูรณ์ระดับชั้นปีที่1 ชั้นปีที่2 ชั้นปีที่3 และชั้นปีที่4 ภาคการศึกษาที่2 / 2551 จำนวน 400 คนโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบจัดขั้นแบ่งตามคณะวิชาและระดับการศึกษาเครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่าหนึ่งนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เคยใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตมากกว่าสองปีมีความถี่ในการใช้ 23 ครั้งต่อเดือนเวลาเฉลี่ยในการใช้ 3.5 ชั่วโมงต่อครั้งนักศึกษาเรียนรู้การใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตและรู้จักชื่อเว็บไซต์ที่ต้องการค้นหาจากคำแนะนำของเพื่อนสถานที่ใช้คือร้านบริการอินเตอร์เน็ตเพราะได้รับความสะดวกสบายนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีที่อยู่อีเมลบริการส่วนใหญ่เลือกใช้คือโปรแกรมค้นหา Google และเว็บ sanook วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้บริการ www เพื่อหาข้อมูลทำรายงานและเพื่อหาข้อมูลที่สนใจอื่นๆนักศึกษาใช้บริการสนทนาออนไลน์เพื่อหาเพื่อนคุยและเพื่อนสนทนาหาความรู้อื่นๆที่สนใจผลการเปรียบเทียบใช้พบว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่2 ใช้บริการดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลและบริการสนทนาออนไลน์มากกว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่3 นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4และนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่1 ตามลำดับปัญหาการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตในศูนย์ปฎิบัติการสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาคือคอมพิวเตอร์มีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอกับผู้ใช้บริการไม่มีการกำหนดระยะเวลาการใช้ของผู้ใช้แต่ละคนสถานที่คับแคบไม่สะดวกในการใช้และสมรรถนะของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตตามผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาโดยรวมพบว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่2 มีปัญหามากกว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่3 นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่4 และนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่1 ตามลำดับ
The objective of this research was to study the Internet use related problems and attitudes of students at Phetchabun Rajabhat University In their use of the Internet The sample consisted of 400 students enrolled In I" year,2" year, 3" year and 4" year at Phetchabun Rajabhat University during the secound semester of the 2007academic year selected through stratified random sampling from among different levels and majorsubjects The research tool was a questionnalre. Data was analyzed using percentages means andstandard deviation The results showed that (1) the majorlity of students had used the Internet for more than 2 year Most of them used It 23 times a month for an average of 3.5 hours per time. They learned how to use the Internet and the names of websites they wanted to use from friends Most of them used the Internet at Internet cafes because It was convenient The major did not have their own e-mail address. The seevices they used most were the Google search engine and tbe purpose was to find Information from the world wide web to write repots or to learn about things their interested them They used onl ine chatting to find friends to talk to and to find th ings out 2" year students used the internet for downl oading information and for chatting online more than higher 3 year , 4 year students and I year students.2" year students used e-mail and the world wide web more than 3 year , 4" year students and I year students. (2) sanook portal.Their the information operating center The main problems they faced using the internet at were a shotage of computers no time limlt on the usage by each patron, a lack of space and low computer performance. 2" year students reported more problems than 3" year ,4" year students and I year students.
