Applications Development For Caring The Elderly On Smartphone

วัตถุประสงค์ในการทำโครงงานนี้ เพื่อใช้สำหรับแพลตฟอร์มเทคโนโลยีด้านดิจิทัล รองรับแผนยุทธศาสตร์ชาติด้านสาธารณสุข และพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ บนสมาร์ทโฟน เพื่อ1) เพิ่มช่องทางการให้คำปรึกษาทางการแพทย์สำหรับผู้สูงอายุผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน อาทิเช่น การขอคำปรึกษาทางการแพทย์ การส่งข้อมูลสุขภาพ ลดความแออัดในโรงพยาบาล ปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการให้บริการผู้ป่วยให้อยู่ในรูปแบบ “ความปกติรูปแบบใหม่” (New Normal) ที่เกิดขึ้นในยุค “COVID-19” 2) เพิ่มช่องทางการเรียกใช้หน่วยแพทย์ฉุกเฉินผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน โดยผู้ป่วยหรือญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสามารถเรียกหน่วยแพทย์ฉุกเฉินผ่านแอปพลิเคชันได้ โดยแอปพลิเคชันสามารถนำทางรถหน่วยแพทย์ฉุกเฉินไปยังบ้านผู้ป่วยได้ด้วยการใช้ระบบนำทางตามพิกัดที่ผู้ป่วยได้ระบุไว้ขณะเรียกหน่วยแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน 3) เพิ่มช่องการให้ความรู้ด้วยบทความเกร็ดความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคผู้สูงอายุผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน
 
ผู้วิจัยได้ประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ บนสมาร์ทโฟนภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 4.46, S.D. = 0.57)



The main purpose of this research was for using this project with Technology Platform of digital to support the National Strategic Plan for Public Health and to develop an application on smartphone for the elderly. 1) To increase more channel to the consultation of medical for the elderly by application. For example, to request the medical profession counsel, to transmissions of wellbeing, to decrease overcrowding in hospital, to adjust patient service format to New Normal format in the covid-19 period. 2) To increase more channel to calling emergency care facility via application by the patient or family caregiver to be able to use it. The application can be able to lead emergency care facility to the patient’s house by using navigation system that the patient identified it. 3) To increase more channel to educating about elderly disorder articles thru application
 
The conclusion of this research satisfaction of application’s system from representative sample were found that people who responded satisfaction survey form of using elderly care’s application on the smartphone were have a great quality perspective ( x̄ = 4.46 , S.D = 0.57)
